I've been away from social media intentionally and deliberately applying my own lessons to my life in new ways. I've released so many things, habits and connections. Do you honor change in your life even when it's hard to do so? In a world full of experiences and challenges, I feel that love is the way. Did you know that the world needs YOU? In case no one told you, I care. I see you. I hear you. May this lift your spirits and may you continue to rise in your power, truth, love and light. We are the change that we wish to see. Welcome back. In this episode I’ll be chatting about attachment. Attachment can cause such intense emotional pain. Whether it’s an attachment to a person, material items or habits, it can and will cause strife. Therefore, it’s an area of discussion in the spiritual community as well as religion and I know it’s necessary for the tools I’m adding for each of you. I’ve struggled in this human life and attachment has been one of my most painful lessons. My words are from my human experience as well as the experiences of my ancestors and others I know. Welcome! My first podcast is a gentle conversation about mindfulness, stillness, love, growth, rest, self-care and more.
