After years of thinking love wasn't in the cards, Golden Globe, Emmy and Academy Award winning actor Halle Berry stopped chasing and that's exactly when everything changed. In this live conversation from Eudemonia, Halle and I get into what it really takes to have a loving connection and incredible sex in your 50s, why she thought her partner gave her herpes (spoiler: it was perimenopause), and how becoming whole on her own finally attracted the relationship she'd always wanted. From faking multiple orgasms in her 20s to now having no problem telling her partner exactly what she needs, Halle shares why the "zero fucks to give" era might just be the sexiest time of a woman's life. She also opens up about misdiagnosis, advocating for women's health in Washington, and why she's throwing herself a "siesta" party when she officially hits menopause in March. Don't forget to watch the full video podcast on YouTube! In this episode, you'll learn: • Why chasing a relationship kept Halle attracting the wrong partners—and what shifted when she finally prioritized herself • How vaginal dryness got misdiagnosed as herpes and Sjögren's disease, and what that taught her about the gaps in women's healthcare • The permission slip every woman needs to stop performing in bed and start asking for what actually feels good More Halle Berry: • Instagram • Respin by Halle Berry Eudēmonia Summit: • Website More Dr. Emily: • Shop With Emily! Unlocked: Survivor 50 Draft Get ready for the Survivor 50 pre-season draft! The Rob Has a Podcast crew is back again for another heated battle with bragging rights on the line. Rob Cesternino hosted a legendary draft episode back in July 2025 and is now here unlocking the archives to preview this milestone season. Joined by RHAP favorites Pooya, Liana Boraas, Taran Armstrong, Chappell, Shannon Gus, and Aysha Welch, the group dives into the cast dynamics, historic returns, snubs, and strategic threats—before the season even begins. As the panel drafts their teams, they debate if Survivor 50 will be the ultimate celebration or just another showdown. The big question: will iconic favorites like Cirie finally get her win, or will a new school player dominate this all-star field? The episode highlights the palpable anticipation as Survivor 50 blends old-school legends with new era standouts, sparking fierce draft debates and predictions. Cirie is unanimously seen as a “Mount Rushmore” player, with hosts imagining her journey and the challenge of both being respected and targeted by fellow returnees. Genevieve, fresh off her previous season, is drafted early as the panel weighs her “sparkly” gameplay and possible threat level among newer players. Rick Devens is chosen for his idol prowess and understated reputation, while Christian Hubicki brings genuine likability and strategic savvy—though some old schoolers may target him. The presence of multiple cast members from Season 48 and 49 fuels intrigue about pre-existing bonds, loyalty, and rapid gameplay shifts. – Cirie’s legend status and the risk of early elimination by pre-game alliances – The debate around Genevieve's threat level and her adaptability across eras – Rick Devens as an idol expert, quietly positioned for a deep run – The evolving views on Charlie, Kamilla, and Joe as recent players with recency bias – Funny moments like the “Hee Hee Ha Ha Have Fun” draft mantra and dramatic group chat drama As the panel wonders which era will be celebrated, the episode teases key questions: Will an old-school player finally reclaim the Survivor throne, or do new era bonds and vote splits reshape the game? Who will fall victim to the dreaded “grenade” and lose their entire draft team? Natalie reflects on her time as the final gamer standing and the difficult decisions she faced in the castle. With emotions running high and trust broken, Natalie and the hosts dig into the social dynamics, alliances, and game-changing moments that shaped her exit. Natalie opens up about her strategies and regrets, revealing how alliances were lost and how she could have approached her last day differently. She explains the challenges of convincing others to vote against Rob and discusses the isolating tactics used by Johnny and Tara, which kept her cut off from key players like Mark, Maura, and Eric. The conversation turns to the mysterious dagger, the hesitance from others to target Rob, and how the perception of being a “gamer” created extra heat and suspicion for Natalie throughout her time in the castle. Key moments from the interview: Natalie considers redirecting votes toward Rob after realizing Tara was not on her side. Johnny's influence shapes Tara's decision at the roundtable, fueling Natalie's frustration. The dagger controversy complicates trust and alliances, raising suspicions about Rob's motives. Natalie’s analysis of Eric's covert gameplay and why he remained under the radar. Insight into the anti-gamer bias in the castle and how it affected strategic choices and banishments. Natalie's deep dive into her Traders experience uncovers the mental toll of isolation, the intricacies of castle politics, and the fallout of not being able to unite fellow gamers. Will the lingering gamer bias shift in future episodes, or will strategic targeting continue to dominate the game's endgame? In this episode, Mike and Tim ask a provocative question: Is "Christ is King" becoming blasphemy? They begin by analyzing recent political rhetoric, specifically a speech by Pete Hegseth, to discuss how biblical language can be hijacked for coercive power rather than reflecting the character of Jesus. The hosts argue that proclaiming theological truths while living in opposition to the way of Jesus is a distortion of "faith and politics." The conversation then shifts to a deep exploration of the Lord's Prayer and the petition, "Your Kingdom come." Mike and Tim unpack the concept of the "anti-kingdom," explaining that Jesus preached the Kingdom of God in enemy-occupied territory. They explore "theology" regarding the "powers and principalities," looking at the Divine Council in the Psalms, the "heavenly host" in Genesis, and how the biblical authors understood the spiritual forces behind structural evil and injustice. This isn't just about ancient myths; it is about understanding "the role of the church in society" when facing systemic corruption. By contrasting the "cruciformity" of the Gospel with the power dynamics of empire, the guys offer a framework for "navigating cultural challenges" with wisdom. They highlight that true "Christianity" recognizes the spiritual battle at play—not just in individuals, but in cultural patterns and ideologies. As the hosts discuss the "seen and unseen" realms, they emphasize the importance of prayer and "justice" in a world that is both beautiful and broken. We encourage and would love discussion as we pursue these complex topics, so please engage the conversation on Facebook and Instagram. They look so beautifully abandoned, even in use. You say they look like arks after the sea's dried up, I say they look like pirate ships, and I think of that walk in the valley where J said, You don't believe in God? And I said, No. I believe in this connection we all have to nature, to each other, to the universe. And she said, Yeah, God. And how we stood there, low beasts among the white oaks, Spanish moss, and spider webs, obsidian shards stuck in our pockets, woodpecker flurry, and I refused to call it so. So instead, we looked up at the unruly sky, its clouds in simple animal shapes we could name though we knew they were really just clouds— disorderly, and marvelous, and ours. Psychedelics are having a cultural moment. Research is promising. Stories of healing are everywhere. But here's the truth: these experiences aren't magic cures. And they aren't right for every nervous system at every time. In this episode, Elisabeth Kristof and Jennifer Wallace slow the conversation down. Instead of asking, "Do psychedelics heal trauma?" They explore a more grounded question: What becomes possible when psychedelic or peak somatic experiences are approached through the lens of nervous system safety, preparation, and integration? If you've been curious about psychedelics, already had experiences, or feel unsure whether they're right for you, this episode offers nuance, research, and deep nervous system perspective. Because post-traumatic growth isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more available to the life that's already waiting for you. Topic Covered Why psychedelics may reorganize meaning, not just reduce symptoms How trauma fragments narrative and how safety allows integration The science of psychological flexibility and why it predicts long-term outcomes What "somatic journeying" is and why it can feel disorienting The importance of preparation, titration, and facilitator trust Why intensity does not equal healing Psychedelics vs antidepressants in research on connectedness Default Mode Network (DMN), identity rigidity, and belief updating Why creativity often emerges when survival softens The risks of over-reliance and "chasing the medicine" Why discernment and self-trust matter more than hype Chapters 00:00 – Psychedelics Aren't Magic Cures 03:00 – Meaning-Making & Narrative Reorganization 08:58 – Psychological Flexibility & Emotional Capacity 17:00 – Preparation, Somatic Journeying & Integration 23:29 – Connectedness & Relational Repair 34:33 – Identity, Neuro Tags & the Default Mode Network 41:03 – Creativity as a Byproduct of Safety 48:14 – Discernment, Industry Hype & Self-Trust Calls to Action: Neurosomatic Intelligence is now enrolling : https://neurosomaticintelligence.com/nsi-certification Sacred Synapse: an educational YouTube channel founded by Jennifer Wallace that explores nervous system regulation, applied neuroscience, consciousness, and psychedelic preparation and integration through Neurosomatic Intelligence. They delve into John 3, discussing Nicodemus's encounter with Jesus and the concept of being 'born again.' The conversation transitions to Genesis 12, where God calls Abram to be a blessing to all nations, and concludes with a discussion on Romans 4, emphasizing justification by faith. The hosts reflect on the implications of these texts for contemporary faith and the importance of understanding the broader narrative of God's promise. Takeaways Nicodemus's journey represents the struggle of faith and understanding. The concept of being 'born again' carries both positive and negative connotations. John 3:16 is often quoted but must be understood in context. Abram's call signifies a shift from universal to particular in God's plan. Faith is an active, ongoing journey rather than a one-time event. The promise to Abram extends to all families of the earth, not just Israel. Justification by faith emphasizes relationship over law. Understanding the dualism in John helps clarify spiritual truths. The invitation to transformation is central to the Christian experience. The relationship with God is about being a blessing to others.

The slimmed-down crew is back in the building this week! We kick things off by catching up on life, AAU basketball media days, and the incredible experience of shooting our first official comedy specials right here at the club. Then, we get into the wild stuff—we call out Target for their questionable Black History Month merch and spark a hilarious debate on the different "vibes" at Houston grocery stores (H-E-B vs. Target vs. Whole Foods). We also dive deep into relationship dynamics, debating if 35 is truly a man's prime, whether you'd pass a lie detector test for your partner, and why the dating pool is shrinking. Plus, we salute J. Traitors RHAP-up: Recaps of The Traitors from Around the World with Pooya
Traitors US S4 Week 7 Exit Interview w/ Banished Player Welcome to RHAP's coverage of ALL the Traitors iterations from around the world, including New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. The Traitors US is a high-stakes reality competition set in a secluded castle, where contestants must work together to complete challenges and earn a prize pot—while rooting out the secret traitors hidden among them. Natalie Anderson sits down with Rob Cesternino and Pooya for an honest exit interview after her banishment from the latest Traitors roundtable. The conversation turns to the mysterious dagger, the hesitance from others to target Rob, and how the perception of being a "gamer" created extra heat and suspicion for Natalie throughout her time in the castle. Natalie's analysis of Eric's covert gameplay and why he remained under the radar. Domination Derby: Arsenal Destroy Spurs 4-1 Away from Home as Eze Delivers, Raya Recovers and the Premier League Lead Returns to Five PointsArsenal respond in the only way that matters. After pressure built following Manchester City's win, the North London Derby became more than just another fixture — it became a test of control, intent and composure. And from the opening minutes, Arsenal delivered one of the most dominant performances ever seen at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We break down the starting XI decisions, the absence of key names, and the early intensity that set the tone. The discussion then moves into the opening goal — Saka's persistence, Eze's sharp finish — and the familiar frustration of conceding immediately after taking the lead. There's an honest assessment of Declan Rice's error, David Raya's positioning, and whether Arsenal are gifting opponents moments rather than being broken down. But this episode isn't about collapse — it's about response. We analyse Raya's in-game recovery, Gyökeres' growing confidence in front of goal, and the structural adjustments that kept Arsenal on the front foot instead of retreating into caution. Timber's contribution, Mosquera's composure, and the subtle tactical shifts in midfield all come under the microscope.Eze's performance is given full attention — his decision-making, positioning, and the wider question of how Arteta has finally unlocked his best role. We also examine the ongoing Trossard debate and what Odegaard's return could mean ahead of Chelsea. The numbers tell their own story: territorial dominance, touches in the box, xG control. But the episode goes deeper than the stats — into mentality, game management, and the standards required in a title race.Part Two features the Matchweek 27 whip-around, where we assess Manchester City's narrow win, Liverpool's controversial late goal, Chelsea's dropped points, and the developing relegation battle. VARse returns with discussion on Forest, City, Palace and the automated offside debate.Arsenal restored the five-point lead. Now the question is whether they can sustain this level of control.Chelsea up next.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables Intro(00:51) - Line-Up Reaction & “Not North London” Display Debate(03:48) - Early Intent & Fast Start(08:18) - 0-1 | Eze Finishes After Saka's Work(10:46) - 1-1 | Rice Error & Raya Questioned(13:16) - The Longest Half-Time Ever(15:46) - Raya's Save & Regaining Composure(16:47) - 1-2 | Gyökeres Strikes With Authority(18:13) - Disallowed Spurs Goal & Gabriel Controversy(21:22) - 1-3 | Eze at the Double(22:20) - Raya Big Save & Redemption Moment?(24:01) - Saka Injury Concern(24:58) - 1-4 | Gyökeres Seals It Late(28:03) - Match Stats & Dominance Breakdown(31:52) - Trossard Debate & Tactical Adjustments(37:29) - Raya Form Discussion(45:42) - Eze Role Analysis & Arteta Comments(52:34) - PT.2 Whip Around the Grounds (MW27)(59:30) - VARse: Forest, City & Palace Decisions(01:10:56) - MW27 Title Race, UCL Qualification & Relegation Battle(01:18:55) - Closing Thoughts

God humbled them in the wilderness to teach that life comes from His word, not from bread alone. SummaryIn this Q&A roundtable, Chase Smith and Chris Bealhen talk about what to do when life gets stressful and everything feels out of control. They explain that most people panic, quit their goals, and then feel even worse. Instead, they tell you to slow down, breathe, and focus on what you can control, like meal prep, water, steps, and protein. They answer a question about wanting to throw your scale across the room. They explain that weight goes up and down for many reasons, and you need more weigh-ins each week to see the real trend. They also talk about why avoiding the scale can backfire later.Next, they talk about “bulk” vs “lean” pre-workout and explain it depends on your goal, but most people don't need different supplements for different phases. Finally, they answer a question about struggling to believe healthy habits can last forever. They remind you that you don't have to do it forever right now. You just have to do it one more day, and keep stacking small wins.Chapters(00:00) Q&A Roundtable Intro and Why People Panic When Life Gets Hard(01:05) Slow Down, Make a Plan, Focus on the Biggest Needle Driver(02:46) Your Reaction to Chaos Can Make Everything Worse(05:10) Client Story: Staying on Track During Stress(08:22) Q1: How to Stop Hating the Scale Every Weigh-In(10:14) Why You Need More Weigh-Ins for Better Data(12:00) The Scale Is Not a Grade for Your Effort(16:08) Maintenance Tip: Keep Weighing In and Set an “Oh Crap” Number(20:05) Q2: Bulk vs Lean Pre-Workout(22:55) Q3: “How Do I Believe This Can Stick for Life?”(25:02) One More Day and Shrink the Habit(29:29) Wrap Up and Submit QuestionsSUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS to be answered on the show: https://forms.gle/B6bpTBDYnDcbUkeD7How to Connect with Us:Chase's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/changing_chase/Chris' Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/conquer_fitness2021/Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/665770984678334/Interested in 1:1 Coaching: https://conquerfitnessandnutrition.com/1on1-coachingJoin The Fit Fam Collective: https://conquerfitnessandnutrition.com/fit-fam-collective
Ep 119: For many retirees, the question of who will serve as a power of attorney or executor is often answered by naming their children, but there is a growing population of "solo agers" who don't have that traditional safety net. In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Sara Zeff Geber and Dr. Jay Zigmont to explore how those without children can navigate the complexities of aging, from managing healthcare decisions to protecting their financial legacy. We dive into the creation of the Child-Free Trust, a first-of-its-kind national service that provides professional fiduciary support to ensure you have a dedicated advocate in your corner, regardless of your family structure. Whether you are child-free by choice or circumstance, this conversation offers essential insights into building a secure, independent future and finding a support network that truly has your back. Chapters: 04:11 – Defining Solo Aging: Dr. Geber defines solo agers as those 60+ who lack children or family they can depend on for support as they age. 05:03 – The Service Gap: Dr. Zigmont discusses the "existential crisis" of finding decision-makers for the 15 million child-free people over age 55 who lack a clear next of kin. 08:40 – Legal Protections: The guests highlight the importance of having legal paperwork in place to avoid falling into court-appointed guardianships or conservatorships. 13:27 – The Risk of Naming Friends: Dr. Zigmont and Dr. Geber discuss why relying on friends—who may be the same age or on vacation—can lead to significant burdens and complications. 17:32 – Child-Free Trust Logistics: A breakdown of the subscription model, which includes document creation, a $999 annual membership, and 24/7 emergency response for medical crises. 20:19 – Intentional Planning: Why solo agers should prioritize senior living communities to maintain social networks and ensure they have access to care as they stop driving or face frailty. 24:00 – Combating Elder Fraud: A look at how professional fiduciaries and trusted account contacts can help protect solo agers from sophisticated scams and abuse. 31:24 – Legacy and Purpose: An exploration of how to leave a meaningful "legacy without lineage" through mentorship, leadership, and leaving the world a better place. 37:12 – Challenges in Rural Maine: Dr. Zigmont explains why retirees in remote areas like Maine must stress-test their plans against limited local caregiving resources. 43:56 – Redefining Retirement Success: The guests share their personal definitions of success, focusing on a "next chapter" filled with meaning rather than a total cessation of work.
In this episode, Ryan Burklo and Alex Collins discuss the complexities of navigating stock market opinions and the futility of market timing. Predictions are often just guesses; focus on planning instead. Diversification is key to a healthy investment portfolio. Understanding the market means looking beyond just the S&P 500. Many investors are over-concentrated in a few stocks. Zooming out helps to see the bigger picture of investments. Retirement planning should start well before retirement age. It's important to align your financial strategy with personal goals. The financial landscape has changed; past strategies may not apply today. Planning for the future is quieter but more impactful than predictions. Investor questionnaires are commonly used in private offerings to document eligibility and support compliance, collecting information about your financial status, investment experience, and accredited investor status. When you sign the subscription agreement, you're making representations about your eligibility, your opportunity to review the PPM, your ability to bear risk, and your investment experience. Answer honestly and accurately. Under Rule 506(c), sponsors must take reasonable steps to verify accredited status through documentation or third-party verification. Under Rule 506(b), sponsors typically rely on questionnaires and a reasonable belief standard, though practices vary. If you're investing through an entity (LLC, trust, or retirement account), you'll need to provide formation documents, an EIN, and authorization documents. Consult with your attorney and CPA, and be mindful of tax considerations like prohibited transaction rules and UBIT or UDFI for retirement accounts. Red flags include pressure to sign quickly, missing documents, unclear wiring instructions, changes to terms, and unwillingness to answer questions. Always verify wiring instructions by phone before sending funds. In this long-awaited episode of Breaking the Rules, we finally do a deep dive into contamination-themed OCD — one of the most common, misunderstood, and physically debilitating OCD presentations. This conversation goes far beyond clichés about handwashing and cleanliness. We unpack what contamination OCD actually looks like day-to-day: the pain, the exhaustion, the food avoidance, the disrupted routines, the impact on relationships, parenting, work, and health — and the quiet suffering that often goes unseen. We explore both physical contamination fears (germs, illness, food safety, asbestos, chemicals) and moral contamination, where people fear being “tainted” by proximity to someone or something that conflicts with their values. The episode also tackles one of the trickiest clinical questions: how to work with ego-syntonic rules without turning therapy into another rigid rule system. This is an essential listen for clinicians, clients, and loved ones wanting a clearer, more compassionate understanding of contamination OCD — and how ERP can be done flexibly, ethically, and effectively.

Ransomware as a service has turned cybercrime into a franchise business — and in this episode, Dr. Mike Saylor and I break down exactly how it works, who's buying, and why the buyer might end up as the patsy. If you thought ransomware was just a lone hacker writing code in a basement, this episode is going to change how you think about it. Ransomware as a service means that today, literally anyone — no technical skills required — can pay someone to launch a ransomware attack on their behalf. You hand over the money, tell them what you want, and sit back and watch your crypto wallet. That's it. No portal. No dashboard. No login. Just a chat on the dark web through the TOR network and a prayer that they actually do what you paid for.Dr. Mike Saylor walks us through the full criminal ecosystem — from the initial access brokers who collect and sell validated email addresses, to the botnet operators who rent out millions of compromised computers by the hour, to the affiliate programs that tie it all together. We cover the franchise model, the "no honor among thieves" reality of these transactions, and why the person who buys into ransomware as a service might just end up as law enforcement's fall guy. This is one of those episodes where the more you learn, the more you realize how much the threat picture has changed — and why your backups are more important than ever.Chapters:00:00:00 - Episode Intro00:01:17 - Introductions & Welcome00:03:25 - Setting the Stage: CryptoLocker and the Birth of a Criminal Industry00:07:17 - Defining Ransomware as a Service: The Franchise Model00:10:36 - The Amazon/AWS Analogy and How Botnets Power the Attacks00:17:10 - No Portal, No Dashboard: How Dark Web Transactions Actually Work00:19:17 - Why Do RaaS Operators Offer the Service?
