This is a podcast about many things but mostly the enneagram. We don't plan things.....they plan us.
Part 1 of 3 part triad series: body, rage, instinctive triad.
During covid19, Sara and I are binging Survivor. So we thought we’d talk about it on the podcast as it’s the only content of our recent lives. No need to have seen the show to enjoy our take on the enneagram types and survivor. Disclaimer: we are just having fun here, this is in no way defining or representative of the actual depth of the enneagram. Enneagram isn’t about behavior, it’s about motivation... we did our best to stick to that but it’s tough to do that with shows, esp reality tv.
*disclaimer: we recorded this well over a week ago - we are very isolated now. Xoxo - L&S
Part 2 of the stressful seasons and how to be there for each type when in one. Enjoy! PS - let us know if the sound quality seems different (better or worse) on this one!!
Stress happens to all of us, and often times it looks really different for different types. This episode we go through the Enneagram Types and discuss what stress likely looks like in types and how we can be present/help those we care about when they are in struggle. Part 2 coming next week!!
Happy New Year, Enneafans! We are so grateful that our friend and fellow enneafan Tara joined us for our FIRST episode of 2020! Tara tells her story of mistyping, love, family, and friendships through the lens of the enneagram. We did our best to get through all the laughter and inside jokes, but this gal impressed us all. ENJOY!
An episode where we talk about how to use the 'gram to grow
Just know we are not tryna be experts here, just having an open dialogue about mental health & the 'gram as requested. We don't own any of this info, we either found it online or in a book probably.
Maybe these things go together, maybe not. A casual episode where we let our little lights shine. Enjoy!!
Boring title because we put all of our energy into giving the people want they want: an episode about mistyping. Enjoy it enneafans!
Probably the enneagram is back after a much needed summer break! Please enjoy our maiden episode to this season (season? who knows) of PTE. More importantly, A MAJOR THANKS to Andy Morrow Music for our THEME SONG!
Series finale of relationships!!! We talk about sevens in relationships with lots of laughing and revelations.
This episode we talk about 4s in all different types of relationships! Hope you enjoy!
It's long and everyone talks too much but HEY its for 3s.
New episode in the relationships series! For all friends and coworkers and partners of enneagram 2s! Also for 2s themselves. Enjoy!
Who doesn't love a little U2 reference?! Please enjoy the third episode of our relationship series: friends, coworkers, and partners of type 1s. Enjoy!
Episode TWO of our relationship series! Sorry we've been off track with posting, but we should be back in business right about now. Please enjoy this episode about relationships/friendships/coworking with enneagram 9s!
Kicking off the relationship series with type 8s. This series is for anyone, especially those who work with, live with, or just plain know a type 8! We do our best to stay on topic despite brain fogginess, and we eventually remember what we are doing and where we learned stuff along the way. We talk about 8s in relationships and try our best to *briefly* talk about how each number can best relate with the 8s in their lives. Enjoy!!
We titled this episode the end of an era because it's the GRAND FINALE of the subtype series! Enjoy our take on sexual 5-9s and Sara's discomfort talking about herself at the end.
The final instinctual variant: sexual types. These are also known as one to one, intimate, etc. We tried out best, sx 1-4s, please enjoy our take (influenced primarily Beatrice Chestnut's The Complete Enneagram).
Beware: this episode is a little long and a bit silly. We had the giggles being together. Oh and Laura talks about herself WAY too much (self admittedly). Enjoy anyway.
What up EnneaNerds! Continuing with ep. 3 of our subtype series, SOCIAL subtypes part 1 (types 1-4). We recorded this one LIVE from ATLANTA so excuse some audio kinks we are still working out :) enjoy!
Not really second, just part two of our subtype series for self-pres numbers. Sorry we missed a week, please enjoy!
Suuuuuuup self prezzies!! We had so much to say that we had to do TWO parts. Look out for the next one soon! (almost 100% credit to our gal Beatrice Chestnut)
Just Sara and Laura commenting about Beatrice Chestnut's perspective on stress arrows for Enneagram types! Would recommend listening to Type episodes if not familiar with the 'gram.
Ever wondered what goes on inside the mind of a 5? You are in luck! George is a sexual 5w4 (countertype, what up) which is a fascinating combo. Buckle in, this episode is both deep, vulnerable, funny and light, enjoy!! *photo is of George (tall) and Rob (average) at the beach once
Just some arrows of integration thoughts for all ya enneafans!!
This has been sitting in our vault, waiting for the perfect moment, and it has come! Please enjoy our wonderful friend Ryan Lloyd, a social 4w5 with a knack for making us laugh. We also talk a lot in this one, possibly because we wanted Ryan to tell us who we are.... listen to find out!
An interview with a 1 (wing unknown) SP/SX. Sadly, Sara is not present (technical difficulties), but please enjoy Laura and her Minnesotan spirit animal chat away about friendship, perfectionism, and Camille's childhood mantras.
Sara and I doing the dang thing, our first of the deep dives. Today we are talking about our very own type, the enneagram 9. Enjoy enneafans!
An interview with a very special 7, Laura's spunky little sister! Enjoy!
Our fave spooky dude who is a fellow podcaster, "Regularly Scheduled Programming" is his 'cast and it is very funny. Listen to it. Enjoy our final scary 'sode!!
Trigger warning: we talk about serial killers & such. Also our incredibly talented and wonderful pal Emily Lloyd guest stars! Check out wheelhousepottery.org for her work!
Welcome to the kickoff of our SpoOoOky Series in honor of the month of October (aka Halloween). Enneajoy!
*please excuse the horrible audio quality. we were still trying to figure out the best option for recording software, and for authenticity's sake, didn't want to re record it.
