Steven Wang is a millennial behind what he sees as the current social boom in China. Steven is trying to change the way people in China think about public service. In a country of more than a billion people, he is making an impact and attracting a lot of attention. He was recently named one of Forbes China top 30 under 30 and is one of 32 SHAD Fellows who have gone on to become Rhodes Scholars. SHAD recently organized a panel called “Missing Numbers – Looking at How Girls and Women Can Help Solve Canada’s Innovation Crisis” at the Canadian Science Policy Conference (CSPC 2017) in Ottawa.
