So this is my adventure building my business and learning how to live the best life possible and giving other people the guidance on how to so the same.
We are back! Thank so much to everyone who has taken the time to listen to my previous season, your love and support is greatly appreciated! For this episode I figured what better way to start off Aquarius season then with one of my then with the Queen herself, Majik9. This amazing woman is one of the best rappers I know, the most talented perform and artist and most importantly an amazing person and one of my best friends. We had the most amazing year and summer after both turning 30 together last year and we through almost identical paths of growth and challenges together as well. On this episode we will dive into all the good, the bad, and the goofy life lessons we learned and how we have been able to over come every obstacle thrown our way while still being able to spread love in the world. Don't forget to follow my girl on IG @pinkrangerr_majik9 and on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/artist/13iLsHLvOmOCA21NJ8s3LH?si=wTJfNbzjS-G2w8R1S1EP6Q&nd=1 ***this episode does contains explicit language and has mention of drugs, alcohol, and sex.
Wow, has it really been 10 years since we have lived together? Well, for those of you who do not know I used to have a house with my best friend Melissa called the House of Kesha (like the singer) in Santa Ana, CA. This was honestly some of the best times of both of our lives and we will appreciate it forever. So dive on in to our story time and hear about how we met, the house itself and why we called it what we called it, and how we used to spread love to all of our Disney friends with out even realizing it. Thank you so much and please share this with Kesha!
Hey you guys, that is right I am back with some love to spread and want to say thank you for letting me figure out life. This episode will have some reflections of what I have been experiencing the past couple months and will talk about what you can expect in the future. Thank you for your continues support and I hope I continue to inspire you to spread love in a world that can feel like it is filled with hate. Much love, Shea Butter.
We are back together again! You know I had to bring my girl Marchel back on to continue the theme of celebrating amazing women who uplift me in my journey this month and who other then the my right hand. We have both been going through a lot as individuals are but we wanted to share our perspective on how everyone grows and heals on their own time. We also got to experience an interesting connection which we will fill you in on in the episode as well as our plans for future ventures in our near future. Thank you for listening and we hope you spread some love today.
How exciting! My first solo guest with the one and only Rhyan Michele. Rhyan is truly an amazing friend and I am so grateful that there was a greater force in life that knew we needed to meet each other. She was put in my life at such a crucial time while I was going through my divorce and our story is something that I will cherish forever. In this episode you'll get to hear about how we met and our journey as friends, who Rhyan is and how she can help you too, as well as our reflection on life and spreading love. Thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy listening to me cry as much as I enjoyed doing it.
Hi, everyone and welcome back to Spread the Love Podcast, this is your host Shea Butter. I have been taking some time to truly discover my purpose and meaning behind why I wanted to start a podcast and I think I have figured it out. In this episode I wanted to reflect on how I got to where I am at with my brand and why I feel like this podcast was essential for me to do. I am proud of my story and grateful for the people I have been fortunate enough to connected with these past two years and I know my purpose on this earth is to spread love in the world and create a more positive environment. Happy International Women's day and thank you all the wonderful women in my life that uplift me. If you want to help me spread the love please subscribe and I'd love to hear your stories or comments on what spread the love means to you.
I just first want to start off by saying thank you so much to Trevor and Jayce for coming onto our podcast and being open and honest and sharing their opinions and past experiences with us and now you. Jayce is a friend of Marchel’s who I met for the first time today and Trevor is Jayce’s uncle who we both met for the first time today. This was literally spur of the moment that started just from a conversation we were having. Jayce had made a comment that we should have him on our podcast and so we did it and it was great! Stereotypes are something that Marchel and I are very familiar with so it was interesting to see an outside perspective from someone we had just met. Here’s is what they had to say.
Thank you for listening. It was hard and also relieving for us to get our stories out. Part two consists of our growth and healing process as and where we are at with that right now. You will also get to hear about how Mar and I met. Lastly, we wanted to take some time to end off with some thank you's to the people who have contributed and impacted us on this journey. P.S. yes I cried.
This episode does contains potentially triggering content and does include talks of domestic violence, mental health, and traumatic events. These are our personal reflections we want to speak on in correlation of domestic violence awareness month this October 2020. There is no question that domestic violence is a difficult topic to speak on but we would like to use these stories to promote healing and honesty. This episode is part one of two so please stay tuned to listen to our healing process.
In this episode we just wanted you guys to get to know a little bit about us, why we are doing this, and what Spread the Love is about. Everything you here is our personal opinion and thoughts and we appreciate and feedback but please be respectful and don't forget to Spread the Love.
