The following is a recording of a panel titled Grit City Stories: The Untold Tales of Tacoma. The panelists spoke about the value of preserving Tacoma's stories, reflected on whose voice may be missing in local history, and shared what they hoped could be learned from community stories. The panel was supported by the Foss Waterway Seaport, Museum of Glass, Pretty Gritty Tours, Tacoma Art Museum, Tacoma Arts Live, Tacoma Public Library's Northwest Room, and the Washington State History Museum.
