We're back (again.) Seems like a good time for us to return when mental and physical illness is about to run rampant. This week we talk about how we are going to deal with the ongoing isolation and voice frustrations and worries that we feel a lot of people will relate to.
This week Daragh and Ed take a deep dive into a number of concepts in psychology that happen daily, but not many people are aware of. The lads take a look at cognitive dissonance, real self vs ideal self and of course the usual off topic rants.
