Logan, Ohio 1982. Teenage sweethearts, Todd Schultz and Annette Cooper leave to take a walk over the railroad tracks. 10 Days later their torsos were found in the Hocking River. Logan, Ohio In 1982 Teenage sweethearts Todd Schultz and Annette Cooper went for a walk on the railroad tracks. They were never seen again. During the investigation; one main suspect emerges; the stepfather of one of the victims. However, not everyone was convinced of his guilt and thought maybe the satanists were to blame. As the torsos are discovered in the river, terror descends over the Hocking Hills.
