Sustainable Health and Wellness Podcast by Mandi Smith
In this episode we talk all things Lorde. Her most recent album Melodrama is the source of our inspiration. We will discuss (with my guest host of the day, and lovely sister-in-law, Jana Smith) how her music is shaping pop culture and modern art. We are obsessed and drawn into the universe that Lorde has created. Which reminds us so much of our introspective selves. She really captivates what so many of us have experienced, or are experiencing. Lorde reminds us that solitude and self reflection is an art. A beautiful tool we have to forge our own path and be shamelessly true to who we are. We can't help but relate David Bowie to the conversation as a classic icon of passion and inspiration, that maybe Lorde herself was inspired by. Our Other Sources of Inspiration for this conversation are Lena Dunham, Elon Musk, and a poem by Jenny Holtzer. I know. Who knew this would end up in the same podcast, right??
