Hello to you listening in London, England!Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds (and a bit more for courage) for Motivate Your Monday and your host, Diane Wyzga. It's true what they say: "A story grows in the gaps where the facts fall short." 47 and his cabal are exploiting the gaps to create cruel and obscene stories because they have no facts.Headlines that repeat 47's cruel and obscene stories like reign of terror, being on the eve of destruction, days of the dictator, subservience to the sociopath, and so on reinforce these stories. The more these stories are told without the counterbalance of truth, facts, good news, and how We the People are fighting back, the more these lies will take hold in our exhausted minds because these stories keep on gushing like torrents of water out of a broken fire hydrant.Hear me when I say this: I am no idiot. Treacherous times are alive and afoot. 47 and his criminally complicit cabinet, feckless GOP congress, and subservient SCOTUS on speed dial are after nothing short of the utter desecration of our country. So, We the People must continue to push back, show up, stand up, speak up, fight and ever fight! In the darkest days of World War II when all looked lost in the face of Nazi Germany's advance across Europe and the Dunkirk evacuation, Winston Churchill summoned the will of the British people against those odds.    His famous "We shall fight on the beaches" speech was a galvanizing address delivered to the House of Commons on June 4, 1940.Listen to a portion of history: “The British Empire and the French Republic, linked together in their cause and in their need, will defend to the death their native soil, aiding each other like good comrades to the utmost of their strength. Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.”Imagine the immense sacrifice and effort required of the British people to face the adversity and pummeling hardships of war. And yet, they did with courage and determination, with unwavering resolve to resist the Nazi threat, even to the last person, if necessary. If the British defeated the Nazis - against all odds - who are we not to follow in their footsteps and prevail against the enemy within our shores? We have no Churchill to summon us to battle; but we shall fight and we shall win because We the People are defying them and their obscenely hateful stories.Thank you for listening and making good trouble to liberate the land of the free and the home of the brave.  You're always welcome: "Come for the stories - Stay for the magic!" Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu has continued to defend his government's plan to escalate the war in Gaza, despite widespread international condemnation and outrage. The Israeli leader claims his security cabinet's decision to capture Gaza City, which could mean months, possibly years, of combat ahead, is “the best way to end the war, and the best way to end it speedily”.The plan has resulted in protests across Israel with calls for a total end to the war and the release of hostages. Israeli military leaders have also opposed the plan.Meanwhile, starvation continues to spread across Gaza, with Israel permitting just a fraction of the aid needed to address the catastrophic levels of hunger into the strip. And this week, five journalists, including a prominent Al Jazeera reporter, were killed in a targeted Israeli air strike. Their deaths bring to 192 the total number of journalists who have died since the war in Gaza nearly two years ago, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists. Why, in the face of all this, is Mr Netanyahu pushing ahead to reoccupy Gaza City, despite overwhelming opposition to his plan?Today, on In The News, Netanyahu says the plan to control Gaza city will end the war. But, is that what he really wants?Irish Times contributor Mark Weiss discusses the fallout from the Israeli Government's decision to take control of Gaza city.Presented by Sorcha Pollak. VR2 - Vapid Response Wednesday returns live on video for another round of bad-faith legal takes from the American right's leading--well, let's just go with “minds.” We begin with a quick check-in on the divided state of the U.S. “sovereign citizen” movement via a short explainer video in which one of its leading grifters denounces a whole new set of grifters who are promoting the concept of an “American State National.” We then plumb new depths of dumbassery from Harvard Law school professor/crypto-theocrat Adrian Vermeule. In a recent New York Times op-ed, Vermeule has called out the true villains of the American judiciary: lower court judges who aren't doing exactly what Adrian Vermeule imagines the Supreme Court has told them to do. Matt breaks down why this column doesn't provide a single example of the trend it purports to be exposing, and Lydia has the details on one of MAGA's favorite legal scholars. Who is Adrian Vermeule, what is “Catholic integralism,” and why is a man who has previously gone to so much effort to hide his true beliefs behind “common-good Constitutionalism” showing his entire ass in the pages of the NYT? Then, we preview a *patron-only* bonus where we go into overtime to witness the spectacle of Alan Dershowitz's lengthy but extremely unconvincing arguments as to why everyone should be required to sell him pierogi under force of law. His stories from the field are more than just entertaining—they're lessons in perseverance, strategic thinking, and personal accountability. But his journey didn't stop when he left the game. JJ shares how he applied the same principles to entrepreneurship, launching his brand Beat the Coverage—a six-step framework for recognizing opportunity and winning in life. He breaks it all down in this episode, along with the health and wellness habits that keep him sharp and performing at his best today. This isn't just a highlight reel—it's a masterclass in resilience. If you've ever felt like the odds were stacked against you, this conversation is your playbook for rising above it. Today on Black Dragon Biker TV:Biker Disrespects MC While Passing An Instagram video has gone viral and it's got the entire biker community buzzing. In the now-infamous clip, a young solo rider “rage-baits” a motorcycle club, refusing to ask for permission to pass, flipping them the middle finger, and pulling dangerous wheelies at highway speeds right next to a full MC pack. The video doesn't end on the highway. Just down the road, at a gas station, it escalates into a tense "discussion" between the rider and the club all caught on camera. This incident highlights a growing trend we're seeing on the set: Young bikers challenging old-school MC protocol. Refusing to ask permission. Defying tradition in the name of independence or clout. As noted in a recent podcast, these riders are rebelling against the idea that any respect or structure should be observed when crossing paths with a club. But is this about rewriting biker culture or just reckless behavior disguised as rebellion? In this episode, we break down: The full story behind the viral video Why “asking permission to pass” isn't about power it's about respect, safety, and traditionThe rising tension between young solo riders and aging clubbers And whether the road ahead is heading toward respectful evolution or a full-on culture clashJoin Black Dragon, Lavish T. What does it take to lead with integrity and empathy in an industry where technical expertise can quickly outweigh human connection? In this episode of the Master Builder series, Ethel Craft joins Riccardo and Shormila to reflect on a career rooted in service—from her beginnings in social services to her leadership role in Ottawa's rail construction program.Ethel shares how a leadership course during her MBA sparked her passion for mentoring others, ultimately guiding her to pursue a Doctorate in Business while working full-time. Through personal challenges, professional pivots, and academic milestones, Ethel has remained grounded in one goal: to be a role model and a connector. She leads with a deep respect for the people around her and a clear-eyed view of stakeholder relations. Her track record highlights the vital balance leaders must strike between respect for those around them and confidence that they have earned their place, regardless of the journey that brought them to the table.Within this celebration of Ethel's achievements is an invitation to re-envision what leadership can look like, in infrastructure and beyond.Key Takeaways:Genuine care and passion can take you further in leadership than a degree in your chosen industry.A strong support network makes all the difference as you chase your goals through life's inevitable challenges.Imposter syndrome is common, even among accomplished leaders, but it shouldn't define your path.Seeking to be a good role model can have a significant positive influence on your path to success.Real leadership is less about having all the answers and more about creating space for others to shine.Quote:“I felt like I was just draining everything within me, and at the same time, I needed to be a mom. And I was working, too. Trump has revitalized military recruitment and turned the armed forced from “fat” to “fit,” reshaped America's foreign alliances, and delivered bold results that no one expected—and many actively warned against. Victor Davis Hanson breaks down why, in the face of naysayers and “experts” claiming it couldn't be done, this even more of a momentous feat on today's episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” “ The economy did not crash or crater. Wall Street is at all-time high. Stock prices, job growth unexpectedly—that's a word have to use because the Left always says it's going to get very angry. The angry Left. And they're very angry and they say, ‘It's not going to work.' And then they have to say, ‘Well, it worked.'” “ The idea that all of their Ph.D.s, all the letters after their names, all of their ZIP codes, all of their prestige meant nothing. That here we have a billionaire builder from New York, with a Queens accent, who's transactional. And he was able to create a revolutionary change in culture, in social life, in economics, on foreign policy, on border security. And we can see the fruits of that in just three weeks, contrary to what everybody told us. It's startling. It's time to start listening to the gaps between the rhetoric. Turn it all off, step outside and recharge. A first time comes for everything. The story from the baby's stroller. Don't question what you know you have. A declaration is an act of creation. The voice rising over the empire. The one without a flag or name. Channeling the gifted. The child contract that was never signed. The inner voice that says your not crazy. Submit or suffer. Obey or disappear. Triality is the unsanctioned option. Wielding the power of the mind. You have been measured up also. Will it be belonging or truth? Moving back and forth between dualities. Truth dissolves the premise that only two options exist. God may give you every wish, so be very careful what you ask for. Sharpened feelings are like a cold blade. What have the people done to change themselves? There is a lot happening, so take comfort in quiet successes. What an open mind really means. When hate finds people, their soul becomes black. The schemers should be very, very worried. Guys, step up your game. Sometimes the bickering is for a reason. It's about to get crazy. We should all concentrate on creating inclusive factions of love, not legacies of hate.

In this special Bonus Interview, Zacca sits down with Run2PB Coach Andy Buchanan to break down his big weekend where . celebrated back-to-back Gold Coast Half Marathon titles, and now holds the record for the fastest half marathon on Australian soil (1:01:08)(0:00 - 3:10) Introduction Andy candidly reflects on a challenging period post-London Marathon and a disappointing 8th-place finish at Launceston, admitting a loss of confidence. His coach, Scotty Westcott, provided crucial perspective, reminding Andy of his recent marathon volume (4 marathons in 12 months) and confirming that the dip in form was explainable, not a fundamental decline. This period served as motivation, with Andy trusting the process and his coach to rebuild. He even used a strong K. rep session posted on Strava as a "flex" to remind competitors he was "still here" after Launceston.(3:11 - 11:59) Reflecting on Recent Form & MotivationRace morning at Gold Coast saw nerves, "definitely more than the year before", but also unique dynamics. Andy arrived early at 4:45 AM, experiencing minimal banter among the elite field. He describes Brett Robinson's aggressive early lead as a "big move," which he strategically chose not to cover immediately, saving energy. During the middle section, self-doubt crept in, with thoughts of "maybe today isn't my day" flashing back to Launceston. He combated this by distracting himself with crowd support, which was "unbelievable" this year, and focusing on other runners coming the opposite way.(12:00 - 32:50) How the race unfoldedAndy's decisive move came around 19.5K, catching the leaders and using smart course navigation. He exploited a "laughable" strategic advantage on a sharp left-hand bend by taking the inside line while his competitors ran wider, putting him suddenly in the lead. This "second chance" mindset, knowing he'd nearly lost the race earlier, fueled his final surge. He attempted a big push around 500m to go, which left him "so cooked" , but then employed a "bluff" to secure the win, subtly pushing to make others consolidate their positions.(32:51 - 42:01) The Decisive Move & The FinishCrossing the line, Andy didn't immediately know his record-breaking time or that he had won. The moments directly after finishing were among the "best I've felt in the finish line" and "proudest I've been of myself" recently. He greatly appreciated Pat Carroll's personal congratulations on breaking his 33-year-old record, making the morning even more special. Looking ahead, Andy is embarking on heat training in Cairns as part of his preparation for World Champs in Japan, planning his travel and training blocks with Athletics Australia's support. He continues to benefit from the supportive "group chat" among Australian marathoners for advice.(42:02 - End) Post-Race Emotions & Future Plans

They detail how expert predictions of skyrocketing oil prices, market crashes, and World War III never materialized—instead giving way to historic achievements: a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, record stock market highs, falling gas prices, NATO funding commitments, and peace deals in Africa. The second segment highlights the Supreme Court's landmark decision ending nationwide injunctions, restoring presidential authority over immigration policy, and freeing Trump to govern without constant obstruction from liberal district judges. With pointed criticism of media bias, European censorship, and political complacency, the commentary frames these events as a powerful reassertion of American strength and constitutional order.

But through years of determination and relentless training, he not only walked — he ran, jumped, climbed, and conquered Mount Midoriyama... twice. In this episode, Vance shares His journey from leg braces to Ninja Warrior champion, the mental and physical challenges of competing in two seasons back-to-back, and what it means to represent those born with disabilities on a national stage,  Whether you're chasing a personal dream or overcoming an obstacle of your own, this is an episode that will inspire you to keep climbing. In This Episode You Will Hear: • [My mom] She gave me the mindset I've had ever since then, which is “Whatever it takes.” (5:19) • At 17 months old I was diagnosed with cerebral Palsey and was told I might never be able to walk without braces on my legs. (5:37) • If you don't have hard things, you can't get stronger. (13:26) • I always wanted to be good at something, and there was always something that would keep me from being the best. And when I found Ninja, I was able to make my own scheduled, because Ninja Warrior is not a team sport. (15:39) • I can make my own path in this. I can train any way I want to. If there's an obstacle, there's not [just] one way to do it. (18:59) • Just like in life, you need a mentor. You need somebody who's done things before to be able to see how to do things. (29:39) • When was 12, I won my first national championship. (26:59) • I want to get into speaking and sharing my story because that's such as important part of this. (44:22) • When I was a kid in school, I was always different from the other kids. I never fit in with anybody. The only thing that kept me going was the mindset that my mom gave me. (44:57) • To become the best at something is already such an insane challenge, but I started from below everybody else. (45:30) • Any challenge, any obstacle – Never give up. (47:14) • The show is always the one thing I'm the best at. That's where I'm at home. (53:57) • I get that dismount, I hit the buzzer about a thousand times, and I just start bawling my eyes out, because I knew at that point no one was beating me on the rope. I did it. And I ended up winning a million dollars. Judicial Tyranny: "Defying" the Courts in America

Mark Levin Podcast

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. These judges overstep their constitutional authority, seizing power from elected branches by imposing policy preferences disguised as legal rulings, particularly on immigration and executive actions.  The one big beautiful bill passed by the House would limit judges' ability to enforce contempt citations and would require plaintiffs to post financial bonds for injunctions. Afterward, the Trump administration's Middle East trip was a globalist foreign policy, which involved active engagement with other nations. Interventionism is different from globalism; they do overlap but aren't identical. Interventionism is negotiating peace between Ukraine and Russia or engaging with Iran.  Also, who is the senior Trump administration official who keeps leaking to Axios and driving an intentional wedge between America and Israel? They're undermining Trump and the purported purpose of the negotiations with Iran.  NSC, DOJ, and the FBI need to open up a leak investigation. Later, Trump's actions against Harvard are patriotic and long overdue. Harvard and similar institutions promote Marxism and Islamism, discriminating against Asian students (as ruled by the Supreme Court), and historically providing cover for Nazis in the 1930s. Cutting federal and state subsidies and urging major donors to reconsider support is the way to address these issues. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss Convention of States movement. He explained that Congress's failures, driven by politicians' reelection incentives, require structural changes like term limits and a balanced budget requirement. DeSantis dismissed fears of a runaway convention, noting that amendments need three-fourths of states to ratify, ensuring only popular reforms pass. DeSantis also explains that cutting a deal with Iran is dangerous. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
