Today we talk about just doing it, and learning how to seize opportunity, because it complements planning when things go unexpected. 2 minute rule: If you're lazy or unmotivated to do something that you know is inherently good for you, just do it for 2 minutes and then you can quit. Challenge: JUMP out of bed tomorrow! It takes a big JUST DO IT mentality because we are all tired in the morning. Also, think about something you should do today in order to get closer to your goals.
