Today we talk about just doing it, and learning how to seize opportunity, because it complements planning when things go unexpected. 2 minute rule: If you're lazy or unmotivated to do something that you know is inherently good for you, just do it for 2 minutes and then you can quit. Challenge: JUMP out of bed tomorrow! It takes a big JUST DO IT mentality because we are all tired in the morning. Also, think about something you should do today in order to get closer to your goals. CHALLENGE: Break up tomorrow into 1 hour periods, and dedicate each section into a specific task. Make sure to give yourself more time than you expect a task will take you, and that some sections are dedicated to rest and relaxation! Be sure to completely focus on that task during the hour, whether it be answering emails, studying for a test coming up, working out, or calling to catch up with a friend.
