Having previously founded Ocean Butterflies - a highly successful comprehensive independent music company in Asia whose businesses include record labels, music production, and more - Billy now works to tackle music rights issues in China as founder of Amusic Rights Management.Over the course of his 30-year long music career, Billy has produced more than 200 albums with many hits. He is the mentor who discovered & produced many successful Asian acts including Kit Chan, A-Do, JJ Lin, BY2 and Amuyi.
