Week 6 of 6, Katy McGrath. Psalm 138. Throughout Scripture, we see examples of God’s desire to look after his children. God cares deeply for us, provides for us, and uses us to advance the kingdom. Psalm 138 offers a powerful expression of praise to God, including thanks for God-given purpose. We were challenged to think about our individual purposes in terms of the passions and gifts God has already given us, in the context of God’s provision in our lives.
Week 3 of 6, Katy McGrath. Psalm 51. We are all enemies of God because of our sin, but because of God’s great love, we can experience a restored relationship through Christ. Yet sin is something we must still contend with, because of our sin nature. Katy helps the group understand how they can approach God in dealing with their sin and how they can move forward in repenting of sin.
