Tony has recently been appointed joint manager of Whitley Bay in division 1. I discuss his thoughts ahead of the new season as well as views on the decisions taken to null and void non-league football round the country due to the coronavirus.

I speak to Dave Coulthard who provided some in depth match reports last season from the north east non-league football scene. Dave has just recently started his new project for next season and I get his views on what it's like to be a neutral.

There'll also be an opportunity to talk about the transition from student to coach and how he transfers his delivery from working with adults to foundation phase players in Sunderland's academy.
I talk to Martin Scott regarding his research into people with speech impediments in sport. There'll also be discussions around Martin's journey as a coach in grassroots football.
I talk to Jonathan Gibbon-Hayes about his current role as manager of Hartlepool United women, as well as his previous role within the clubs academy. Jonny and I will also discuss his ambitions for pools as a manager and fan.
