After finishing the last chapters of the book, I read something that stood out to me that I feel can really resonate with anyone, regardless if you are playing a sport.In one of the last chapters, it talks about the Five L’s of a successful life. Whether you are playing soccer or working a 9-5 job, I firmly believe by following this list, your life and overall aspirations will come together the way you want them to.
