As we continue to highlight UK Breweries and a Rockstar dubbed hop variety Strata®. We set the stage at Cheltenham and @DEYA brewing co. We asked Gareth Moore, Head Brewer, for a moment of his time to talk about Strata® and how CY21 selections compared to last year.

As the Loughran Brewing Stores trip across the UK was getting into full swing, we decided to make a slight detour and stop at Falmouth. Falmouth is a postcard seaside resort with great beauty and sailboat scattered waterways that stretch around as far as the eye could see. But another impressive feature of Falmouth was the stories of exceptional/magical liquid that flows out of the local taprooms. So with a feeling that we could somehow contribute to this magical liquid, aka nectar of the gods, we brought some of the freshest Strata® from IndieHops straight off the bine to our friends at Verdant.
