POT TV – Cannabis activist Neil Magnuson offered truth, hope and change LIVE at 4pm PT on POT.TV. Neil Magnuson is engaged in peaceful civil disobedience, sharing his story during an active demonstration, on The THC Show. Neil is LIVE at the former location of the Healing Wave Dispensary, a store-front partner assisting the Cannabis Substitution Project. The store was forced to close, despite being supported by researchers, politicians and the community. After a monologue, Glenn Wells from CannaMatch said ‘high' at 4:20. To provide uninterrupted emergency drug cessation service, while awaiting Health Canada approval for over 2 years, Neil and his team provide life-saving low-barrier access to cannabis from a mobile home. The vehicle was raided by the Vancouver Police, seized, but then returned. Neil, and two volunteers, are awaiting charges related to the Cannabis Act. Neil toured the mobile outreach effort, and spoke to volunteers.
