I’m in Perth, the Perth leg of my comedy tour... and it’s been amazing, but it has also been hard! So hard! I was depressed and I didn’t know why. Turns out I need to express something that I always knew about myself but realised I haven’t owned it. So here it is...

I’ve never hid my battle with depression and I’m so grateful I’m in a space now that I have the tools to be able to put that part of me at bay... but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t still live inside me wanting to come out when it has an opportunity.

In this episode I sit down with my great family friend, Tom, who has known me since he was born. We cover many topics... self reflection, moving forward in life, balance, success and perceptions of failure. Enjoy x

Last night I got back into my Stand-Up after having a little break to focus on my Theatre Show. I hadn’t had much time so I decided to use a set that I know I have practised and refined and was confident in performing... then last minute, changed my mind and decided to “wing it”. Today I got my application in for my own Comedy show in Sydney Fringe Festival!!! However, I procrastinated for about 2 weeks before I got it in. It wasn’t hard, just a form and it took less then an hour to complete, so why was it so hard for me to do?
