In Episode 11, Milo, Cherie and Chris talked with Ken Brown of Direct Route Collections Ltd. about the ins and outs of debt collection and why baseball bats are a myth not a prerequisite to debt collection - Ken talked in depth about why he prefers hiring older people into his business and why he believes that retirement is not an option. A lively discussion ensued, some technical glitches, including Chris referring to the show as the 13th episode (may have invited those glitches in by that number?!)
Episode 10 was a fantastic dive into how we can turn our passions into our vocation. Luke, Chris and Cherie were joined by Jon Langford, longtime Concannon Connection member and all round life-enthusiast.

To describe their successful partnership, we had the super hilarious Anna Gheary and the stoically cool Anita Baldwin of Get Savvy Club share their story. With only Chris and Cherie holding the fort, it was an overwhelming 45 minutes of social media brilliance, funny anecdotes and great tips on how to successfully establish and maintain great business partnerships.

Episode 7 is all about networking. Seeing Luke and I have done fairly little conscious networking in our life, we were lucky to have two bona fide networking Tsars in the studio with Angie and Cherie. Angie Padfield is a delight to listen to, so insightful and that Geordie accent is just exquisite. Have a listen…
In this episode, we were joined by the incredible Trans ambassador Katie Neeves who candidly talked to us about her transition and the obstacles she had to overcome in business as well as life. Our minds can play tricks on us. Nowhere does this become more evident than when it comes to how we view the world and our place in it. Especially when it comes to how we value ourselves in society. This doesn't always relate to money or income, it can also be viewed from an emotional stand point, in other words how much love and compassion we deserve from others. Generally a human mind will flicker between these two mindsets, from a feeling of abundance to a feeling of scarcity, precisely for the above reason. Our inaugural Special Guest, Linda Neville of SanaMente Hypnotherapy, joins Cherie, Chris and Luke to discuss decision making, the Big Picture and multiverse theory. The third episode in our podcast series brought to you by the effervescent ConnectionZ team.
With so many decisions to make every single day we are on this lovely planet, just how can we be sure we make the 'right' ones? Our inaugural Special Guest, Linda Neville of SanaMente Hypnotherapy, joins Cherie, Chris and Luke to discuss decision making, the Big Picture and multiverse theory. The third episode in our podcast series brought to you by the effervescent ConnectionZ team.
The ConnectionZ team bring you their second episode - an exploration into the coping mechanisms we use in our lives to manage stress. From calming road rage to overcoming the fear of swimming with sharks, Cherie, Chris and Luke discuss their approach to maintaining clarity in a chaotic world. NOTE to our listeners - Cherie has been beaming in on her phone from the Isle of Man in our first 2 episodes, hence the poorer sound quality. We look forward to having her back in her office studio for episode 3!
An exciting idea, 3 headstrong individuals and a bunch of conversations later and voila, our very first podcast! Episode 1 of our ConnectionZ podcast explores Cherie’s journey to the UK, an awkward in-house familial connection and a brief insight into some projects Cherie is working on right now. Peppered with nerves and the naive excitement of people new to a thing, we hope our podcast reflects what we truly value here at Concannon Connection. People.
