Vitamin C, copper peptides, and glutathione behave very differently once you understand how skin absorbs nutrients at the cellular level. This episode shows you how to target collagen production, strengthen mitochondria, improve detox capacity, and upgrade skin density with pharmaceutical grade delivery systems that outperform conventional skincare. You learn why most topical antioxidants never reach their intended targets, how intracellular copper changes longevity pathways, why glutathione affects everything from pigmentation to detox, and how to build a streamlined routine that matches the way high level biohackers actually age. These strategies can help you improve collagen, elasticity, hair density, mitochondrial function, and whole body performance with fewer steps and far more impact. Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey talks with Dr. Nayan Patel, a pharmacist, wellness expert, and industry leader who has worked with physicians since 1999 to design custom medications and patient specific protocols. He has been the pharmacist of choice for celebrities, CEOs, and medical professionals seeking precision level formulations. Dr. Patel is the author of The Glutathione Revolution, which summarizes more than a decade of clinical research on glutathione. His team created a patented transdermal technology that delivers glutathione systemically through the skin, and he has since expanded this work to include advanced peptides and new delivery systems that improve absorption far beyond standard topical products. He also developed the Auro GSH Antioxidant Delivery System, a skincare line that uses pharmaceutical grade ingredients at potent concentrations to achieve deeper penetration and more reliable biological effects. Together they break down why vitamin C acts as a stimulant that drives collagen rather than a classic antioxidant, how GHK copper peptide thickens aging skin, and why retinoids often speed up cell turnover at the cost of long term resilience. Dr. Patel explains the difference between cosmetic grade and injectable grade peptides, why purity matters when a delivery system pushes molecules deep into the skin, and how zinc overuse has created widespread copper deficiency that affects hair, metabolism, and mitochondrial health. Dave shares his own protocols for using GHK, glutathione, and vitamin C, along with practical dosing strategies that create visible changes in skin density within four to six weeks. You will learn: • How vitamin C stimulates collagen and why glutathione regenerates oxidized antioxidants • How GHK copper peptide improves elasticity, firmness, and structural integrity • Why purity, molecular size, and delivery tech determine whether peptides actually reach target tissues • How topical copper supports intracellular stores and influences hair health and metabolism • Why zinc overload causes silent copper deficiency and what it means for longevity • How targeted glutathione improves detox, pigmentation, and oxidative stress • The fastest protocol for visible skin density improvements and how long results take to show • How to combine these tools with lasers and skin procedures for stronger outcomes Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking. With over 1,000 interviews and 1 million monthly listeners, The Human Upgrade brings you the knowledge to take control of your biology, extend your longevity, and optimize every system in your body and mind. Each episode delivers cutting-edge insights in health, performance, neuroscience, supplements, nutrition, biohacking, emotional intelligence, and conscious living. New episodes are released every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (BONUS). Dave asks the questions no one else will and gives you real tools to become stronger, smarter, and more resilient. In this layered, vulnerable, and intellectually powerful episode of the Kink Series, we go far beyond basic BDSM concepts and drop directly into the psychology, ritual, and emotional architecture of kink with Mistress Audry Lu Black — a professional dominatrix, lifestyle FemDomme, educator, and respected kink community leader. Together we explore how bondage, ritual, humiliation, sexual sadism, and power exchange can serve not only erotic expression but also nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and emotional liberation. What begins as a conversation about rope quickly expands into a rich discussion about worship, devotion, fear release, identity, surrender, and the transformative role of a Dominant who leads with intention and precision. This episode opens the door to understanding kink as both art and psychology, and how deep D/s can create safety, stillness, and meaning for those who crave structure, containment, or catharsis. • Why 20% of the body's energy feeds the brain and how cognitive load, overthinking, and perfectionism show up in bondage scenes • Bondage as nervous system regulation — creating stillness, presence, and relief for anxious or neurodivergent minds who struggle with meditation • Somatic containment through rope and restraint for anxiety, trauma, and hypermobility conditions (including Ehlers-Danlos and other connective tissue differences) • The paradox of safety through restriction — how removing choice, movement, and anticipated pressure can reduce anxiety and soothe a dysregulated nervous system • Femme Domme philosophy and energetic leadership — what it means to embody dominance, hold power, and create psychological structures for surrender • Sexual sadism and humiliation — how intention, emotional tone, and negotiated meaning differentiate harm from healing, and cruelty from catharsis • The psychology of worship and groveling — why submission, devotion, and being at Her feet can be grounding, erotic, or spiritually significant • Ritual in kink — how structure, ceremony, and symbolic actions frame scenes, build trust, and regulate the body's response to intensity • Lifestyle vs. professional domination — the differences in purpose, boundaries, emotional bandwidth, and the Dominant's role in each dynamic • Deep-dive negotiation practices — understanding limits, desires, tone, chemistry, and psychological triggers before entering a scene • A full, realistic BDSM pre-scene negotiation role play so listeners can hear how safe, ethical, consent-based kink is structured before any play begins • The Dominant's internal process — emotional labor, reading the submissive's physiology, and creating a safe container for intensity • How humiliation can be affirming, transformative, or erotic depending on the submissive's psychology and agreed roles • Bondage as an anchor for embodiment — helping the mind exit constant vigilance and enter stillness, surrender, or erotic presence  Touch Me There: Vaginal Reflexology, Squirting Secrets & Orgasmic Magic — available here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/0AsOZmGPvMiR3pQfVZKfxR?si=fFDg8SQqS7OCQQn5ptYGoA Connect with the Guest Mistress Audry Lu Black Podcast: Placemaker for Perversion Substack: https://audrylublack.substack.com/ Official Website: https://mistresslublack.com/ Mentioned Resources Hani Cheng – Talk to the Peach: Sensual healing, feminine pleasure, and reconnecting with your body (Listen here) Hani Cheng – Reflexology: Mapping female genitals with reflexology for pleasure and body awareness (Listen here) Shameless Care — Use code PLEASME for $15 off at-home sexual health testing: shamelesscare.com Eve's Substack — Q&A, workshops, & exclusive content: https://pleasemewitheve.substack.com/ Please Me Podcast Patreon — Extended episodes & bonus content: patreon.com/PleaseMePodcast SDC.com — Use code 37340 for a free trial membership World Vision Support survivors of typhoon & earthquake: worldvision.org Learn more about your ad choices. (and no, not MAGA... not on this podcast)  This week is time for Another Mega Trash!  That's right!  The popular and oft listened to episodes find their way into listeners, callers, readers, viewers, even some of the writers favorites of each season.  Kicking off this week's episode, Casey & Mark are discussing who is made what for their Thanksgiving feasts and how they prepared for their tastes.  Then a quick convo between The Boys about getting in touch with Santie for the Christmas List fulfillment.  Closing out the Weekly Trash Pick-Up, your GBFFs are discussing seeing movies you don't really want to and how to ruin the film for everyone when you don't like it.Trash Talk topics this week kick off with some new or further troubles for some of The Real Housewives.  There's an update about Wendy and Eddie Osefo from RHO Potomac, who now find themselves in deeper legal trouble -- how so?? Well you'll have to listen to see just how.  Then Dorit and Sutton of RHOBH are burgled at their homes as they take the stages of BravoCon in NYC and Mia Thornton from RHO Potomac finds herself in cuffs at the Atlanta airport. Next, Erika Jayne's finds herself in familiar territory when her new beau finds himself in scalding hot water. Also, have you heard of sologomy? Mark's educating on this new sort of relationship.  Then, universally seen symbols of hatred are no longer seen as hate symbols by the US Coast Guard -- but there's no human rights under attack in the United States.  Then -- this years hottest gift outta China is an AI/ ChatGPT teddy bear which now is under fire for horribly inappropriate statements they make.  A woman is violently attacked after she paid someone over $500 to do just that -- attack her--- so she could claim political violence.  Phew!Like we said -- it's an episode full of Super Trash!  The Boys are bringing the hilarity and discourse this week.  The topics are sprawling, the tea is piping hot, and the recommendations (oh, yes -- there's recommendations for you too!) are legit.  This one's a super goodie.  So pour yourself the port vintage you saved for yourself after the holiday, maybe even have ya a slice of pumpkin pie with it and have a seat at the table with your GBFFs who are bringing the hilarity, the discourse, all filled with f@gg*try!  Get ready!  It's time to paint!=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-Let The Boys of Painted Trash know your thoughts on this week's topics and episode! In this conversation, Sherry sits down with Natalie Jurado, founder of Be Rooted In, to explore one of the most overlooked yet life-changing minerals: magnesium. If you've struggled with anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, burnout, muscle cramps, headaches, hormonal imbalance, chronic stress, or that “tired but wired” feeling… this episode will open a new door.Natalie shares her journey — from sleeping only two hours a night and having public panic attacks to reclaiming her nervous system, peace, and vitality through magnesium.1. Natalie's Story: From Panic to PeaceNatalie describes a season of snapping at her kids, constant anxiety, panic attacks in grocery stores, lack of sleep, and juggling business and motherhood. After countless tests and dismissals, a customer suggested magnesium. Within a week of topical magnesium chloride, her sleep improved from two hours to six, and panic attacks stopped — sparking her life's work.2. Why So Many Are Magnesium DeficientMagnesium is stored mostly in muscles (60%) and bones (40%); only 1% is in the blood, so deficiency often goes undetected. Deficiency is common because: chronic stress, caffeine, alcohol, sugar (54 molecules of magnesium per sugar molecule), and exercise drain magnesium. Getting enough through food alone? You'd need 10 cups of raw spinach daily. No wonder 70% of people are deficient.3. Stress, Cortisol & MagnesiumMagnesium supports the parasympathetic nervous system — “rest, digest, repair.” Stress burns magnesium, which makes regulating stress harder. Magnesium acts as a brake for the nervous system, and deficiency keeps us stuck in fight-or-flight. Culturally, we normalize burnout; magnesium offers a physiological path back to calm.4. Symptoms of DeficiencyCommon signs include headaches, migraines, insomnia, restless legs, cramps, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, and depression. These are not “normal” — they are signs of a depleted nervous system.5. How Do We Know If We're Getting Enough?Food high in magnesium includes leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and dark chocolate. But stress, diet, lifestyle, and environment affect absorption, and food alone may not suffice.6. Types of MagnesiumNatalie breaks down 11 types:Avoid: Oxide (4% absorbed), Carbonate — mostly wasted.Prefer: Glycinate (sleep, anxiety), Malate (energy, muscles), Threonate (brain fog), Sulfate/Epsom (baths, cramps), Chloride (creams, transdermal).7. Daily Magnesium RoutineNatalie spreads doses: cream after morning workout, supplement with breakfast, cream again in evening, and leg/foot application before bed to maximize absorption.8. DosageRDA is 350–400 mg for healthy people. Chronic stress, caffeine, sugar, exercise, or sweating increases needs. Natalie takes 700–800 mg/day. Magnesium is hard to overdose — the body self-regulates.9. The Heart Behind Her WorkNatalie's mission: stop unnecessary suffering, provide the information she lacked, and reduce needless doctor visits. Her work is service.10. Where to Find NatalieWebsite: BeRootedIn.comSocial: @berootedinYour TakeawaysAnxiety and exhaustion aren't “just” what they seem. Normal symptoms aren't always normal. Magnesium is essential for stress recovery, sleep, nervous system regulation, hormones, and mental health. Lifestyle factors impact magnesium needs. Don't let others define what's normal for your body. This episode is a permission slip to rethink your symptoms and reclaim calm.

This is a really raw and real conversation, together we peel back the layers and go deep into what it really looks like to create a life that you are madly in love with. Your own life, thoroughly on your own terms and the role that manifestation and mindset plays in that creation. We discuss my own journey and and my quest to answer the burning questions of:- Why am I here? How do I be happy and how do I create a life that I love? And - What is my purpose? And, how do you know that it is your calling to influence and support others? Listen HERE: Reprogramming Reality And Manifestation as A Lifestyle We discuss the importance of courage when you decide to move forward when embarking on finding your purpose and digging into building that life that truly makes you happy. And, how to visualise emotional pain and learn from that to strengthen your desires and be in coherence with the lessons. Also, what does coherence, recalibration or alignment actually mean? How does it translate to our own actions? And how can you bring yourself back in coherence, recalibration and alignment? And, reading whether you are an energetic match for what you are wanting to manifest in your life. We discuss the tools, strategies and the techniques that you can use to assist your recalibration, your mindset and your manifestation. And how it is a lifestyle choice, rather than a one-off occurrence. Consider these ideas: If you are in a position of lack, you will manifest from a place of lack, which is more lack. You are a sovereign creator, you are an intentional creator, and you can make a real impact in your life. Find out how you can do this: Listen HERE!

In this episode of The $100M Entrepreneur Podcast, Brad Sugars, founder and chairman of Action Coach, breaks down what real freedom actually looks like and why most entrepreneurs never reach it!  He does that by teaching you the three layers of wealth that every founder must master to create true long-term freedom. He explains how active wealth is built inside the business, how passive wealth is created through disciplined investing, and how lifestyle wealth ensures that money translates into time, health, and meaningful relationships.Brad outlines the fundamentals of building a sellable company, including why buyers prioritize a consistent two-year track record, how EBITDA multiples shape valuation, and how different buyer profiles can change the trajectory of an exit. He also shares his approach to consistently moving profit out of the business and into assets that compound over time, with a simple real-estate model and a diversified investing strategy at the core. Finally, Brad highlights the importance of intentionally designing a life that aligns with your values, not just your workload, and why founders must treat time, energy, and relationships as strategic assets.Subscribe to The $100M Entrepreneur Podcast for more conversations on strategy, wealth building, and designing a life that scales with you.About Brad SugarsInternationally known as one of the most influential entrepreneurs, Brad Sugars is a bestselling author, keynote speaker, and the #1 business coach in the world. This episode shows you how light, vibration, and frequency-based technology can shift your brain state in minutes, unlock deep neuroplasticity, release stored trauma, and create coherence that normally takes years of meditation or psychedelic training. You will learn how these tools support performance, resilience, mitochondria, emotional regulation, and advanced biohacking. Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey sits down with master healer Raffaele Gianfrancesco, whose work draws on energy medicine, Egyptian color healing, vibroacoustics, and light based entrainment. Raffaele trained in the Barbara Brennan lineage and spent years developing methods that shut down the default mode network, activate the thalamocortical circuit, and move people into deep meditative and altered states within minutes. His technology has attracted the attention of consciousness researchers, advanced meditation schools, ketamine clinics, and U. S. Air Force programs studying human resilience and pilot performance. Dave and Raffaele break down how vibroacoustic sound, harmonics, cymatics, and flickering light therapy guide the brain into gamma, delta, epsilon, and high resonance states that support clarity, emotional release, and rapid state change. Raffaele explains how vibration affects fascia and trauma storage, how light influences the cerebrospinal fluid and pineal gland, and why coherence is the key to shifting consciousness. They discuss ketamine assisted therapy, remote viewing, the Monroe Institute, the relationship between frequencies and brain states, the history of flickering light therapy, and how certain frequencies help loosen trauma patterns stored in the body. You'll Learn: • How vibroacoustic sound and coherent light shut down the default mode network • Why fascia, trauma memory, and cerebrospinal fluid respond to vibration • How flicker based entrainment maps to gamma, delta, and theta brain states • Why the Air Force studies these tools for resilience and reaction speed • How ketamine combines with vibration and light to improve neuroplasticity • Why coherence, awe, and safety cues are essential for deep emotional release • What cymatics, harmonics, and frequency patterns reveal about consciousness Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking.
