When you look back on how your relationship ended how do you feel? What do you remember? Maybe there are things you wished you could have said. Do you need to forgive or do you need to ask for forgiveness? DEAR X is about taking the time to write and record a letter to your ex to find closure, catharsis, self-acceptance and healing for yourself, while encouraging others to heal from their own pain after the end of a relationship. These are real stories by people all around the world. I hope that listening to their letters helps you in some way. Hosted by Jen Pitch.
