This is a show about running. Not just one segment of running such as gear, races or training plans but a wholistic view. This means that each episode will be unique and feature unique topics...but all topics will have a direct link to running.
Well folks I've decided to hang up (mostly) my podcaster's hat. I explain the reasons why in this episode. Before you go and listen though I want to thank each of you for taking the time to listen to this and any previous episodes. It was appreciated! Peace. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-daly6/message
Howdy folks! Well this is not the episode I planned on for number 7 but sometimes you do what you want and other times you do what you can. This was a definitely a "do what you can" episode. And as I say a few times during the episode, it's my podcast! There are no rules. I recreate a former podcast of mine called The Seeker in which I would go for a run and just talk extemporaneously. That's off the top of my head for those of you listening in Solvay. I think it turned out rather well. Then again I'm a bit biased. Give a listen and tell me what you think! Enjoy! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-daly6/message

Howdy folks! In today's episode we talk to Kevin Gwin of The Extra Mile Podcast about heat injury and why it's important to pay attention to the conditions and your body when running in the heat. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-daly6/message
For this episode I chose a classic David Bowie song for the title. Again if you hadn't noticed....all the episode titles are either song lyrics or titles. Considering this episode contains the first two race reports, We Can Be Heroes seemed like an appropriate title. Even more so since one of the lyrics is "I wish you could swim. like dolphins could swim" and one of these races was very much in the rain. We have another edition of Mailbag for this episode as well so we have a really big shoe! I'm certain Ed Sullivan never really said that but it sounds good! Enjoy! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-daly6/message
Well we've got a great episode for you today! As always we have your host JD but in addition we also have our very first mailbag submission and a fun little segment at the end of the show called "Look what we just dung". But the big news is we have our first interview! Todays interview is with Amiee and Dana of The Run, Eat, Drink Podcast! Definitely a show you are not going to want to miss and it pairs well with any type of food or beverage! Enjoy! --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-daly6/message
