This guided meditation helps to alleviate depression. It includes breath work and imagery. Please seek help if you are suffering from depression. Personally, I see a psychiatrist and therapist to aid in my mental health care. It helps. Unfortunately, this meditation can not cure depression (especially if it is chronic). Best wishes!
