I haven't recorded anything in 18 months, I figured what better time to talk through life and mental health than through lockdown.

In this episode, I chat with one of my best mates in the world Brad Clucas. Losing both his father and brother to suicide, Brad's bravery and strength to speak openly and share his story is a testament to his character.  Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44 years of age, and I am extremely proud that my mate and I could put together a podcast and speak openly and honestly about a topic that is so often stigmatized. We also manage to have a few laughs as well. Please share this episode around. It all starts with a conversation.

In this episode, I was incredibly lucky to speak with a truly inspirational woman. Kat John is a coach, public speaker, a meditation guru and the creator of #ZFTuesday.  Kat has a zero filter, no bullshit approach to addressing both the past and the future. She is someone that I feel can truly make you understand that you are the answer to your life.  Kat has an amazing life story so far; and after speaking with her for an hour or so, the future looks damn bright. As I say in the podcast, Kat's energy changes the room - and that was just her and I recording a podcast. Give her a few thousand people in an audience, and you could power a small city. Make sure you visit her Instagram page @kat.john and website http://www.katjohn.com.au/getamongstit where you will find her full pain to power interview. It's f'ing amazing.
