Sometimes, your marriage runs its course. It was good as long as it was good. Ending something that was once everything can be potentially devastating. Picking up the broken pieces of a broken marriage can be hard. Taking the necessary time to heal yourself before moving on is essential.

Finding balance in Life and in Love, means being teachable and open. We taught each other a lot about being good to one another, raising happy, healthy children and nurturing our marriage while allowing each other to be who we were. He was my King and I was his Peace and Bedroom Negotiator..... Bringing what I expected in a husband to the table as his wife....til death us do part. My journey of being married to an amazing man.

How I came to Love & Light.

The Love & Light with Paula Podcast was birthed from my LIFE after Death journey. Successfully married for 30 plus years, three healthy, happy children, a granddaughter, a house, a dog...and then he was diagnosed with 4th stage Colon Cancer and passed away 2 years later. Widowed at 49...the first of our generation amongst our families and our friends. Join this journey on Love, Light, and how to Live in peace after losing your Soulmate. I wasn’t ready.
