Time is the most valuable thing we have and many of us throw it away like garbage. Imagine where you could be if you invested more of your time in yourself!
In order to achieve my dreams I need to make sacrifices! This is not fun and not comfortable, but if I am going to hit my goals it is what I need to do.

Far too often I get bogged down in the thought “when will it finally happen?” and this can crush my goals! I need to take a look at what I have received throughout this journey rather than what I MIGHT get!
For me, staying calm depends on who I am around. If I have people that I can take care of, such as my daughter, I can stay calm and focus on them. So in stressful moments I try to focus on ways of helping others.
I need to know my enemies strengths and weaknesses so I can defeat my enemy and keep moving forward every day! Happy Memorial Day!
When we chase our goals and persevere through the challenges we encounter we have the opportunity to truly impact the lives of others. The man featured in this weeks story has done just that and leads by example! How are you changing someone’s world today!
There are so many things that are more important that stuff, money, or physical ability but they are a byproduct of working towards your dreams!
The simple fact is people will typically meet our expectations. Treat them as they could be, treat them as if they are better than what they are showing you and you will inspire them to rise!
We may not see the benefits day to day in working towards our goals, but without that consistent practice we will never achieve them!
The only way we can build a wall is brick by brick! It will take time and discipline just like our goals. Sometimes the final project doesn’t come out like we had originally hoped either, but that just means we were flexible throughout the process. Be flexible today!

Complicated explanations can waste our time and stress is out. Today give simple explanations or say you don’t know and find the answer!
It is easy to say stay away from negativity, but what happens when it surrounds you? I feel like I should spread some love, without being “that guy”!
I have been very judgmental of others at times in my life, but sometimes it takes someone looking past my weaknesses and bringing out my strengths that helps me to see where I have been wrong!
