Stress. We all have it. Often times the things we think we are stressed out about are only symptoms of what’s actually happening. One of the hardest parts of rebuilding is the conversations we need to have around it. We need to focus on maintaining our relationships through conversations when things get tough. Whether it’s with institutions, people, or even with ourselves, being real and authentic about what’s happening will only increase your probability for success.
Ego. That scary thing we don’t like to talk about but can’t escape. Let’s address it. If we don’t, it becomes nearly impossible to rise when we fall. In Episode 2 of Rebuild, we learn about the ego and read from Ego Is The Enemy by Ryan Holiday. Enjoy!
