Description: Six years after the COVID death shots, turbo cancers are exploding, kids are dropping dead from myocarditis, and babies are born broken yet no doctor, nurse, or pharma exec has faced justice. Laura Hartman from Ezra Healing joins me to expose this protected genocide and revea Charlie Kirk wasn't gunned down, his neck was ripped open by a concealed bomb in his lapel mic, detonated from afar to crush a voice challenging the Zionist power structure. Trump’s stance on Venezuela’s oil and U.S. role Trump is asserting the U.S. will “run” or strongly direct efforts in Venezuela, with U.S. oil companies going in to rebuild the country’s “broken” oil infrastructure. Trump is quoted saying elections should occur “at the right time” after stabilization. Venezuela’s oil reserves are worth trillions of dollars and recounts Trump correcting a reporter from “billion” to “trillion.” Maduro’s arrest and New York court proceedings Maduro’s first court appearance in Manhattan on narco-terrorism and drug trafficking charges, noting his not guilty plea, assertion that he is a “prisoner of war,” and that he remains Venezuela’s legitimate president. It adds details about detention in Brooklyn and a next hearing set for March 17, 2026. Protests were outside the courthouse vs. the operation and prosecution which were legitimate actions against criminal syndicates. U.S. counter-narcotics narrative The FBI Director is quoted praising Trump’s leadership, claiming agreements with Chinese officials reduced precursor chemicals for fentanyl, and citing seizure quantities (e.g., enough fentanyl to kill 175 million Americans). The director frames Venezuela as a transshipment point and argues the arrests support U.S. public safety. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. I still get goosebumps thinking about the amazing military operation the USA conducted in Venezuela to extract narco drug lord Nicolas Maduro. It may take months before we know just how great it was but with 150 planes in the sky and plenty of boots on the ground, it was close to perfect. The world is amazed... and they should be. Venezuelans cheer the news while hard left pols in America that used to call for Maduro to be taken out now say it's illegal because it's Trump. They really love any country but ours. The Chiefs season ends rolling craps in Vegas but they have a high draft pick and an excellent off season set up to completely remake this team. Royals manager Matt Quatraro gets a contract extension, KU can't shake its Peterson problem and Mizzou beats the Florida Gators, again. Our Final Final is a Guinness Record at a world famous beach.

The Canes dominate the conversation after bullying Ohio State and continuing to believe in themselves, with Keionte Scott's draft stock skyrocketing and Miami now just one win away from potentially playing for a national championship at home. Joe debates the best storyline for the Canes in a title game, whether it's a showdown with Oregon and former coach Mario Cristobal or Indiana led by Miami native QB Fernando Mendoza, as the CFP delivers new blood and shocks with first-round byes going 1–3 and Ole Miss staying hot post–Lane Kiffin. The focus then shifts to the Dolphins, where the GM search, awkward Tua situation, and uncertainty around Mike McDaniel signal another looming rebuild. Joe questions whether Tua returns, doubts Miami can land a premier QB in the draft, and looks ahead to NFL playoff matchups and major offseason decisions.

When betrayal shatters your reality, your brain wants answers: Why did this happen? Why me? What am I supposed to do now? This episode offers a grounded, empowering lens—astrology as an energetic language—to help you understand patterns, rebuild self-trust, and move forward without giving your power away. Lora sits down with professional astrologer Vanya Banks (AstroBloom) for a refreshingly real conversation about what astrology actually is (and what it's not). Together they explore how birth charts can illuminate subconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, nervous system needs, and “soul lessons”—especially in the wake of infidelity or betrayal. You'll hear practical ways to use astrology for self-awareness, healing, ritual, and relationship insight, plus a grounded take on Mercury retrograde that replaces fear with clarity. Top 3 Takeaways Astrology isn't fate—it's insight. It reveals influences, patterns, and possibilities so you can make conscious choices (not excuses). Your Moon sign is a powerful healing tool. It can show how you seek safety, what soothes your nervous system, and where boundaries and self-nurturing matter most—especially after betrayal. Retrogrades are review seasons, not doom seasons. Mercury retrograde is an invitation to reassess communication and alignment—without handing your power over to “pop astrology.” Favorite Quote “Astrology brings the unconscious to the surface—so you can choose consciously instead of calling it fate.” About Vanja Banks Vanja Banks is an Astrologer, Soul Alchemist, and Embodiment Guide who supports women in awakening their soul remembrance, body wisdom, and cosmic magic through the portals of astrology, Tantra, and alchemy. After walking through profound personal losses - including the ending of a 14-year marriage and the dissolution of a life she'd built - Vanja was initiated by grief. What began as heartbreak became a sacred descent into self-remembering. Through astrology's archetypal language and the somatic rituals of Tantra - the sacred art of presence & embodiment - she found a roadmap back to wholeness, learning that grief is not something to “get over,” but a living current that reshapes us into more awake, tender, and embodied versions of ourselves. Today, she guides others through this same alchemy - transforming grief into growth, loss into liberation, and emotion into embodied wisdom. Message us here!Well, 2025 is almost over and by all accounts, it was one of the hardest for mental health across America. The past year felt like emotional sandpaper: unstable jobs, AI anxiety, and a constant stream of obligations that made even simple days feel crowded. Beneath all that noise, a quieter force did much of the damage: loneliness. In this episode, Dr. Kibby unpacks why January often hits hardest after the holidays, why being surrounded by people can still feel empty, and how one-way relationships quietly burn us out.Dr. Kibby discusses a candid look at over-giving, how being so focused on other people can lead to a sneaky sense of loneliness. She breaks loneliness into three solvable parts: 1. Building real emotional support, 2. Being seen for who we really are, and 3. Restoring reciprocity so care flows both ways. She also talks about finding community where you might not expect it. If your local circle doesn't yet hold the parts of you that crave air, that's a bridge, not a dead end. The goal isn't more social plans; it's richer resonance. By focusing on one small habit each week (one ask, one honest share, one reciprocal ritual) you can turn the quiet of January into a reset for connection.Happy new year, Little Helpers. Send us a textThe ground shifted for mid-career professionals in 2025, and many are still feeling the impact. Rolling layoffs became routine, job titles lost their signaling power, and working harder no longer translated into advancement. For professionals in the middle of their careers, the old rules stopped working, often without warning. In this episode, John Neral unpacks what actually changed in the job market and leadership landscape and outlines a clear, practical plan to help you reclaim control, confidence, and direction in 2026. If you have felt exhausted by a job search, sidelined by shifting responsibilities, or unsettled by the rise of AI, this conversation will help you move forward with clarity and intention.John begins by examining why organizational stability is no longer a reliable promise and why mid-career professionals must build stability as a personal system. You will learn how results-led resumes, a focused LinkedIn presence, intentional networking, and a personal board of directors create leverage in an uncertain market. From there, you will hear how to translate responsibilities into outcomes, make your thinking visible, and use leadership communication to earn meaningful opportunities instead of additional tasks. A simple value narrative framework is introduced to help you clearly articulate who you help, the problems you solve, and the outcomes you deliver so decision makers can quickly see your fit.John also addresses AI and its growing influence on careers. While AI can support research, drafts, and exploration, your real advantage remains human judgment, decision making, strategy, ethics, and relationships. Key Topics CoveredWhy layoffs became ongoing business activity instead of one-time resetsWhy job titles carry less meaning and scope has become blurredThe role of visibility and communication in career advancementHow clarity replaces hustle in a draining job search marketResults-first storytelling and practical value narrativesWhere AI adds leverage and where human judgment still winsIdentity work to redefine leadership, impact, and confidenceShowing up as a proactive strategy instead of grindSupport the showReady to give your career the jumpstart it needs to whatever is next? Julie Colombino-Billingham was working in disaster response 15 years ago, and was in Haiti after the earthquake of 2010. She never went back. She fell in love with the resilience and kindness of the people, and started a business with them called Deux Mains (two hands), making sustainable, fair trade leather bags and accessories - and also school shoes for students that they sell to churches and ministries to distribute. These beautiful bags are sold in Nordstrom! During the time she's been working with the people of Haiti, Julie's interviewed residents and documented her time, and launched her memoir earlier this month - it's called From Loss to Legacy: How a Fashion Business Rose from Haiti's Rubble. All book proceeds will go to REBUILD globally, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting poverty in Haiti through education and job training.Julie wants to relay the message of the power of our purpose - that our purchases make a global impact.Deux Mains website is here: https://deuxmains.com/pages/our-story-2Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/deuxmains_official/Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DeuxMainsDesigns/They're on Pinterest here: https://www.pinterest.com/deuxmainsdesigns/Julie's TedX Talk is here: https://youtu.be/XE76NResiUcSend me a message!Support the showLike this episode? If you're an ambitious go-getter who's feeling that end-of-year / new-year hype (or coming back from a pause, pivot, or “wait… what am I even doing?” season)… this episode is for you.Because momentum is powerful — but going from 0 to 100 is the fastest way to burn out, hate your goals, and want to burn it all down.In this episode, I'm sharing how I'm personally ramping things up right now (while finishing my first trimester, parenting a toddler, switching career paths, studying for my real estate exam, building a property from the ground up, and bringing the podcast back ) — and how you can build momentum in a way that still lets you feel grounded, present, and like you're actually on your own team.In this episode, we talk about:Why direction matters more than speed (and why 0 → 100 backfires)How to set goals based on your actual season of lifeWhy your pace might need to change — and that doesn't mean you're failingThe power of choosing a 30–60 day main focus (instead of 12 goals at once)Deciding what you're not doing right now (so you don't drop yourself)Using energy as the metric vs motivation — “does this expand me or drain me?”How to make your goals more fun so you'll actually stay consistentWhy white space isn't laziness — it's strategyThe reminder you need: you're not starting from scratch… you're starting from experienceIf this hit, DM me your 2026 goals — I love hearing what you're excited about and I'm rooting for you big time.

What do you do when life changes in ways you didn't choose—and didn't see coming? In this deeply emotional and intellectually grounding conversation, I sit down with Dr. Maya Shankar, cognitive scientist, former White House advisor, and host of the podcast A Slight Change of Plans, to talk about change, identity, grief, and uncertainty. Maya shares her powerful personal story of being accepted into Juilliard at a young age, only to have her violin career abruptly end due to a devastating injury. From there, we explore how unexpected change threatens our identity, why the human brain craves certainty, and how men, husbands, and fathers can navigate seasons where the future they imagined suddenly disappears. This conversation hit me personally as I opened up about my son preparing to leave for college, and Maya offers language, tools, and clarity for anyone navigating major life transitions. Timeline Summary: [0:00] What happens when life changes and you don't get a vote. [1:28] Introducing Dr. Maya Shankar and the theme of unexpected change. [2:10] Being accepted into Juilliard at age nine and pursuing music at the highest level. [3:05] A career-ending violin injury and the grief that followed. [4:05] How loss threatens not just what we do—but who we are. [7:44] Learning violin by ear and developing passion without perfection. [9:03] A mother's fearlessness and the power of bold action. [11:06] Cold emailing, courage, and creating unexpected opportunities. [13:39] Being bullied as a child and finding safety in family and music. [15:16] Larry reflects on marriage drift and identity shifts. [18:06] Pivoting from academia to public policy and working at the White House. [21:51] The power of defaults and how behavioral science changed public outcomes. [25:17] Why uncertainty is harder on the brain than certainty—even bad certainty. [27:05] The illusion of control and how change shatters it. [27:31] Anchoring identity to why you do things, not just what you do. [29:45] Navigating infertility, loss, and redefining self-worth. [33:11] Why we resist change even when it's necessary for growth. [36:00] Marriage, evolution, and the "end of history illusion." [39:32] How hardship can lead to unexpected personal growth. [45:43] Gratitude as a tool for identity resilience. [48:25] Helping kids navigate change while managing your own emotions. [50:28] The grief of kids leaving home—even when it's a good thing. [54:26] Why we are more resilient than we think. [56:15] The importance of community during seasons of change. [59:19] Maya shares her book, podcast, and where to connect. Five Key Takeaways Change threatens identity as much as circumstance, which is why it feels so destabilizing. The brain prefers certainty—even negative certainty—over uncertainty, making transitions especially stressful. Anchoring identity to your values and motivations creates resilience when roles and plans fall away. We underestimate our ability to adapt and overestimate how painful change will be long-term. Connection, community, and self-reflection are essential tools for navigating major life transitions.
