Turns out, it was pretty easy to cut way back on drinking

Having a to do list and plugging away at it can help in some ways:
It does us no good to ignore our cravings altogether but you can give yourself little satisfying treats to find some balance

We aren’t made to live under high stress conditions long term
For me knowing I have a long-term plan helps ensure my confidence in staying on track
Spare yourself and refuse to give them your energy or reaction
I’ve floundered due to loose scheduling and it’s time to take back control

My reminder to all that we all start from somewhere and while it's hard and frustrating to begin, it's harder if you quit trying.
