Hello Friends and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!I took some time off work and completely surrendered and enjoyed my holiday festivities and now I'm back, filled with lots of inspiration and motivation for a fabulous 2020!Today's meditation practice I guide you on a series of mantra to recite, cultivating love for yourself and others, what a great way to start off the New Year.Let me know in the comments any challenges you may have about maintaining a daily practice and I hope to address that in a new blog post soon, or, we can get the conversation going right on this page.As always, no practice can yield results without consistency, so I invite you to return daily for guided practice or if you prefer, just set a simple timer of your choice of 5-10 minutes etc. and focus on the in and out breath…. please let me know how I can support you.Wishing you a zen practice and I will return soon for another guided meditation for you.Sending you so much love,Susan Get new posts by email: Subscribe
Today's meditation will be a focus on our wandering thoughts- like clouds in the sky you will be guided to observe those thoughts without being swept away by them. I also guide you to observe the many things which are working for you and deserve some recognition and a sense of appreciation for.I hope this practice helps you on your mindfulness journey and remember, consistency in your practice is the only way to yield results. Today's meditation, I lead you on a journey of scanning each body part as an anchor for your monkey mind. This practice also helps to instantly relax you into stillness as you provide awareness, you ultimately relax the entire body. This is a great practice when you have a lot on your mind and cannot focus, if you are under a lot of stress, or great before bed time.As always, please provide me with feedback on how I can create better content for you next time, I would really appreciate it.The idea of these meditation is for you to return back to the practice everyday for the next week until I release a new practice. Today's meditation is focusing on cultivating love and kindness to everyone in the world and the most important person, YOU. We live in a society where our days are consumed by to-do lists and our priorities are often off track. I will guide you through a practice where you will be centring your mind and heart back to what is most important in life, which is to live lovingly and compassionately.The idea is to commit to this meditation each day for the next 7 days to strengthen your practice and create lasting change for a mindful and peaceful internal world. As you strengthen your practice, I invite you to try sitting in silence with a clock timer set to your desired time and just focus on your breath. This can also be very powerful. My mission is for you to create a consistent practice so you no longer need to rely on my guidance.I hope this serves you greatly and be sure to share your feedback on how I can improve next time! Hello My Loves,Welcome to the kick start of your meditation journey! My weekly podcast meditation is aimed at helping new meditators to start meditating and sticking to a routine that works for them! Therefore I welcome all suggestions from you in the comments to share your valuable feedback on how I can create a better experience next time ex: duration time, types of meditation style, music etc.The goal here is for you to continue to follow this guided meditation everyday for the next week and return here Wednesday for a new practice.
