    Next in my "Say Their Name" series is Botham Jean. Botham was sitting in his apartment, eating ice cream, when off-duty officer Amber Guyger entered and shot him. Although she claimed she thought she was entering her own apartment and believed Botham was an intruder, she lived mere blocks away from a police station and could have phoned in back up within minutes.     Today is the 65th anniversary of the horrendous murder of 14-year-old Emmett Till. He was accused of making moves on a 21-year-old white woman, who later recanted those claims. Her husband showed up at 2:30 am on the morning of August 28th, 1955 and kidnapped Emmett before shooting him and throwing him in a river.
