On a Shoestring

Today's interview is with Curtis LongtimeSleeping. He is a Native American, enrolled in the Blackfeet Tribe. We had a discussion about teaching, education, and a simple flow of thoughts in the future.

In this interview we have NIck Hammond an academic based out of Cambridge. He works on 17th and 18th Century French Literature. In the ensuing discussionwe talk about gossip over the centuries in Paris, the City of Lights. Nick brings some excellent insight into the gossip and tales of shoes. 

An interview with Eric Wiltsher. He ihas been a boradcaster in the UK for over 30 years. He shared some great insight to radio, and also the dress etiquette for each day in the studio.

Interview with Will Brandenberger an alumnus of the University of North Dakota. We had a great conversation about athletics, new job and cultural transitions related to engineering. 

Interview with Theo Adam Bateson. He is an a neuroscience student. He also does parkour in his freetime. This was a fun interview full of character.

Today's interview is with Jorge Soto. Jorge is orginally from Mexico, and now lives in the United States. His professional background is in chemistry. He recieved a PhD from the California Institute of Technology. He is starting out with his new podcast called Master Your Future. 

Todays episode is with Rene Weimann. He is an athlete and coach from Germany. He works with athletes to run faster and jump higher in their athletic activities. Rene grew up as a basketball player. In this episode we talk about shoes and the impacts they can have on posture and peripheral neuropathy. 

An interview with Dr. Paul Scott. An Englishman living in America sharing background and perceptions of shoes. He has woven in an interesting connection of Catholicism and shoes into this episode, which falls back to a connection with a previous interview.

An interview with Hunter Callahan. He is an American. He is a service member in the United States Army. This was a great interview with a friend and soldier of nearly half a decade.

John Tangney Interview, John is a literary scholar with great intellectual insight. After a swift discussion of shoes we moved into a discussion of cultural roots and accountability. The interview provoked some interesting thoughts and curiousity for John's insight on cultures and the lives of ordinary people.

Virgina Czarnocki Interview, Virginia is a lawyer, mother, and highly successful professional with a regiment of shoe care. She gave an insight into the standards and interests of women looking to date men. Beyond that we discussed the generational influence of grandparents and parents have for shoe standards adopted by children.

An interview with Marshall Nunberg a young man educated and interested in Chinese and political science. He has been a friend of nearly half a decade and the conversation was far richer than anticipated. There was so much learned in the interview and how to improve the interview process on my end.

An interview with Aden Miller. He is a lifelong friend whose life brought him to military work and blue collar labor. In the interview we discuss impressions of leather shoes and personal expressions the world sees. There is an examination of fathers and grandfathers and the impact they have on young men and the shoe culture they go on to adopt in life.On a Shoestring looks forward to a follow up interview continuing the discussion.Please leave you comments and feedback.
