Stoicism, Essentialism, Nihilism, it was all made up by a person with the same intelligence as you on how everything works, its simply someone else's outlook on life, don't take it for anything more than that. It is really interesting to look into but it is your choice in the end if you want to adapt what you find. Enjoy my rant :)

We are so self-absorbed with our own lives and our own plans we forget to look around and realize how many other people are around us living their own lives. In this episode, I discuss "seeing the bigger picture" and reminding you that there is no such thing as unrealistic.
