Happy New Year! First week of January started off rocky, but slowly Sophia is bouncing back and finding herself more and more every day. Lots of dates, lots of friend zoned moments, new friendships being built, and future plans. I think this year will be a good one, let's hope.

Sophia went on Instagram to ask her followers if they needed any advice w/ relationships, dates, friends, etc. There is great value in listening to what others have to share! Often other people can recognize things about you that you are unable to see in yourself.
I think I'm used to being left out, I'm used to being the second choice or the backup. I'm fine, I think. Normalize being your own first choice.
