Bottom line is any person in your life will always treat you exactly how you've taught them to treat you and how you've allowed them to treat you! It doesn't matter who the individaul is, they will do to you what you allow them to get away with! You teach your significant other exactly how he or she can treat you because you show your vulnerabilities out of what you perceive is love, when it has nothing to do with love. A person who truly loves you should enhance your life, not use, abuse, or control you! Most people don't have a clue of what love is because they've never learned to love self first!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/relationships-and-relatable-life-chronicles--4126439/support.

Stop expecting people to conduct themselves as mature when they are broken and lack mental maturity. It's all about the mindset! The problem is so many people are broken and because of it they embrace negativity and foolishless but they too are immature people. There are immature men and women in every single group/race! Unhealed people love and relish in negativity/bad news/gossip, etc. One major and important thing that is indeed free, but most people don't want, is the truth!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/relationships-and-relatable-life-chronicles--4126439/support.

Immature women think that dressing inappropriately shows they're confident, beautiful, etc. Lies! Women who are walking around half dressed are very disrespectful to themselves and to others. These women think they're showing confidence and strength but in reality it shows just the opposite. It shows who these women are inside. They lack confidence and have lots of insecurities that they'll never admit to. It doesn't matter how cute she is when a woman is half dressed it makes her look bad. Women who are walking around wearing clothes that are too small have no clue how horrible they look. It's not cute at all! I feel sorry for women who feel a need to dress inappropriately and can't take a real look at themselves to see what they're really showing others! What's inside is always coming out in many ways, dressing inappropriately is just one! They lack self-love and are in denial. What they see in the mirror is a reflection of what's inside of them but it's not reality! Some men dress inappropriate too and everything applies to him. What if the “boogeyman” threatening your relationship isn't another man—it's your insecurity? We open with jealousy in its messiest form and trace how comparison, gossip, and social-media fantasy twist harmless moments into stories that ruin good things. From there, we go straight at the money myths: why men overspend to “keep” someone, how to set a season for stacking cash without starving the relationship, and the one mindset shift that turns panic into a plan. No shaming—just empathy, accountability, and steps you can actually use.We also tackle timing and pressure. Want a family and big career moves? You don't need to pick one. We show how to vet partners with clear goals, align on seasons of grind, and protect your future from outside voices. The home-buying analogy hits home: once you sign, it's your roof when it caves—so choose for your life, not the crowd. Along the way, we break down past/body-count anxiety, the urge to control, and a better alternative: an abundance mindset that lets you love hard without policing rooms for ghosts. Then we get to the core: identity as your competitive edge. If your value depends on money, looks, or vibes, your confidence will always shake. When it rests on character—calm under fire, problem solving, protection without recklessness, warmth without need—you become the one-of-one combination that's hard to replace. We share real scripts for handling weird ex energy in public, why therapy and reflection help you name your strengths, and a powerful message for boy moms about raising sons who recognize love as normal, not suspicious. If this hits, share it with a friend who needs to hear it, subscribe for more honest conversations, and drop a review with the insecurity you're letting go next.Join our Patreon Community Buy some merch and ebooks IG: @terryroseland & @amansperspective_

BIG BREAKDOWN - Bryan Kohberger's Pathetic INSECURITIES Exposed New revelations are pulling back the curtain on Bryan Kohberger's life immediately after the Idaho student murders, and they raise disturbing questions about how this case may be understood. The night after the killings, Kohberger's mother sent him a news article detailing the horrific injuries of victim Zana Kernodle — including bruises that showed she fought back. Was it a mother simply sharing a local crime story with her son? Or, knowing what we know now, was there something darker in the tone of those conversations? Investigators and analysts are asking whether Kohberger and his mother spoke in coded ways about the crimes, with his obsession shifting between gruesome details and a “sweet girl at the coffee shop” — eerily similar to the barista he allegedly made uncomfortable by stalking her. But that's not all. Newly released images from Kohberger's apartment offer a rare look inside his private world. Far from the clutter of a normal graduate student, his space was stripped down to bare walls, minimal belongings, and an almost sterile environment. Retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer joins us to break down what that could mean: Was it evidence of a personality detached from normal human connection, or a deliberate “scrubbing” to hide traces of blood and evidence — just like how investigators said he dismantled his car after the murders? Perhaps most startling: investigators discovered a prescription in his apartment for levothyroxine, a thyroid medication. While commonly used and safe for millions, in the context of Kohberger's other self-reported conditions — autism spectrum, OCD, ADHD, ARFID — it raises questions about whether he was properly medicated, mismedicated, or even taking it at all. Could untreated or poorly managed health conditions have fed into his volatile state of mind? From his mother's unsettling messages to the sterile emptiness of his apartment, each new detail deepens the puzzle of Bryan Kohberger. Was this careful planning, psychological unraveling, or both? In this episode of Paradigm Shifting Books, hosts Stephen and Britain Covey begin a powerful two-part conversation with Dr. Craig Manning, author of The Fearless Mind. Part 1 unpacks why knowing who you truly are and unapologetically embracing your strengths is the foundation of consistent high performance.Dr. Manning shares his journey from athlete to performance psychologist, explains why he reframed “high performance” as human performance, and reveals how to build skills around your unique strengths instead of chasing someone else's path. From the science of confidence to stories of elite athletes like Giannis Antetokounmpo scoring 50 points in the NBA Finals, this conversation makes mental performance training both practical and inspiring. The episode also highlights how the same principles apply outside of sports, in business, leadership, and everyday life. Because at its core, high performance isn't about outcomes, it's about identity. If you've ever felt the weight of comparison, pressure from authority figures, or uncertainty about your strengths, this episode offers a new framework to unlock your potential. What We Discuss[00:00] Introduction[01:27] Why Dr. Manning wrote The Fearless Mind and how it began as a personal project[08:18] Giannis Antetokounmpo's “unapologetically ourselves” mindset before scoring 50 in the NBA Finals[11:19] Why comparison leads to insecurity and how to break free from it[22:32] Generational shifts: why Gen Z thinks differently and how collaboration beats hierarchy[30:39] Why trying to be someone you're not sabotages performance[32:05] The power of owning your lane in a collaborative, commitment-based cultureNotable Quotes[00:08:54] “When you know who you are and you trust yourself, you don't care what others think—you just perform.” — Dr. Craig Manning[00:11:37] “Comparison leads to insecurities. Insecurities lead to needing approval. And needing approval destroys confidence.” — Dr. Craig Manning[00:14:42] “The key to success is not being a stereotype. It's being the best version of yourself.” — Dr. Craig Manning[00:22:07] “Your identity is here in the present.
