You should not redefine God, you should let the Spirit reveal who He is.Wall Street Journal article on “Redefining God”.The article stated: "Across the country, the faithful are Redefining God, dissatisfied with conventional images of an authoritarian and paternalistic deity. People are embracing quirky, individualistic conceptions of God to suit their own spiritual needs. This is not just a world-wide culture. Even the churches today, have a tendency to redefine God and create a God that looks a lot like us, thinks like us and who is comfortable with our lifestyles and lukewarm faith. One seminary professor said, “People seek out new gods the way they seek out new products in the marketplace”. Do not create a false image of God to suit your lifestyle or personal desires - "you shall have no other God before Me (Deut 5:7)
