The process of setting a goal requires you to think about where you see yourself or your company going in the future. Once you have that vision, it is your goals that provide direction, motivation, and the framework to take action necessary to achieve them. A goal is easy to set, but a good goal is tied to something meaningful; it is measurable, specific, and has a timeframe. The first step to set an achievable goal is to find out what motivates it.
