Forgiveness is one of the hardest commands Jesus gives us, but because it's so important we  can rush forgiveness or be disingenuous in the process. Do you feel broken? After living through a pandemic, I'm sure most of us can relate to that sentiment...though it doesn't make it easier to admit it. Gen Z is the best generation at talking about their mental health, but as a society and especially a church, we have long way to go. Special guest, Matt Collins, joins us to talk about the brokenness of mental health we all feel to a degree and how we can experience God in the middle of our toughest mental health challenges! Matt grew up skating the mean streets of Tracy with Josh, is now a Behavioral Psychologist in Southern California, and leads his own ministry called Healer Skate! Mixed signals can be really frustrating and if left unchecked can actually do a lot of damage and cause some real pain.
