Zach Barnett, college football analyst and publisher of FootballScoop, joins the show for a wide-ranging conversation on the current state of college football power dynamics. Barnett breaks down the escalating tampering accusations involving Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney, Ole Miss, and defensive coordinator Pete Golding, and why this moment feels like a turning point for how coaches publicly address the transfer portal era. The discussion also dives into Indiana's national championship run and what it signals about roster building, portal evaluation, and modern program construction. From personnel departments and coaching pressure to playoff structure and major coordinator moves across the sport, Barnett offers sharp insight into where college football is headed — and why the old rules no longer apply. #collegefootball #cfb #cfp #clemson #dabo #transferportal #nil #tampering Learn more about your ad choices. We've never had a CTO on Dealer Talk with Jen Suzuki! So we went full behind-the-scenes with Kelvin Pho, CTO & Co-Founder @ Mia Labs!  Kelvin pulls back the curtain on what's happening in AI tech right now. He shares his insights on what matters, what's hype, and what dealers should actually be asking before they buy another "AI tool." We talk real-world dealership problems like missed calls, after-hours coverage, messy data, and integrations across CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, Xtime, and more. Then we get into the stuff nobody explains: why "built on Azure" matters, how safety and content controls prevent AI from going rogue, and why "bank-level security" isn't just a buzzword. Kelvin also shares a dealer-friendly AI maturity test (latency, P90 latency, interruption/turn detection), plus the #1 misconception: AI doesn't arrive perfect, it's like hiring a new employee and it needs training. If you're heading into 2026 trying to modernize your communication stack without getting burned, this is your vetting checklist. kelvin@mia.inc | www.mia.inc  Dealer Talk with Jen Suzuki Podcast |

The Savage Curtain (Star Trek: The Original Series (TOS), S3 E22) was recommended by Kaleb, he/him, who said: So, other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the deathmatch? This is always a good episode to sit down with a friend and just take the absolute piss out of; it's an episode that has a strangely high amount of warp cores given how much I like it.The awful Lincoln makeup, mischaracterizing my favorite historical war criminal, and the comment to Uhura (which I know was trying to Make A Point, but kinda just makes me go “oh god Uhura, darling, if you wanna start punching I'm behind you all the way”).Relatedly, though, I actually really like how Lincoln is characterized- it might just be because I'm from the same area, but I've always had a soft spot for the guy. In this episode, he has both admirable qualities and also prompts my above warp core, as would most guys from the 1800s.I think the aliens are really cool looking, kinda like the Horta where their biology is so different from humans, especially given that they're filling the “advanced culture fucking with us for philosophical reasons” role usually given to disembodied beings or some beautiful twink. It's ridiculous and stupid and I love it so much. The Savage Curtain first aired on March 7, 1969, written by story by Gene Roddenberry, teleplay by Gene Roddenberry and Arthur Heinemann, and directed by Herschel DaughertyAliens force Kirk and Spock to battle illusionary villains in a test of good versus evil.[2]The Joy of Trek is hosted by Khaki & Kay, with editing & production by Chief Engineer Greg and music by Fox Amoore (Bandcamp | Bluesky)Send us your recommendations, or support us on Patreon.Find us at joyoftrek.com · Twitter · Facebook

Today's episode pulls no punches. Evil is real. It's strategic. It's active and it wants you numb, passive, and quiet. But not on our watch! Paul M. Neuberger exposes the world's lies—calls out compromise, comfort, and the subtle, slow slide into spiritual numbness. He's not here to coddle. He's here to wake you up.Scripture says—“light exposes darkness”—and this episode flips on the floodlights. There will be opposition. There will be mocking. There will be a cost. But listen: Jesus is still Lord. The kingdom still advances. And men and women of faith are called to stand, resist, and lead. What will you do when evil calls compromise “love”?What will you do when your moment of truth arrives?"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." –Ephesians 6:12Episode Highlights:04:40 – Satan has real authority here. Limited, temporary, and ultimately defeated, but again, very, very real. The apostle Paul reinforced this truth when he wrote that the God of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers. That isn't symbolic language. That's diagnosis. And once you accept that diagnosis, the world suddenly starts to make sense.21:28 – When evil becomes the norm, the most radical act is obedience. The most rebellious stance is truth. And the most dangerous person is not the loud sinner, but the faithful believer who refuses to bend. This is where we are. And pretending otherwise only accelerates the inevitable collapse.45:59 – Light always exposes, truth always divides, and obedience always costs something. But the cost of compromise is always higher. As you step back into your day, don't ignore the discomfort you felt. Let it sharpen you. Let it clarify you. Let it remind you that this world isn't neutral and neither is your influence.Connect with Paul M. NeubergerWebsite

For their first episode, they turn to the book that invented the modern novel. Don Quixote, the ingenious man from La Mancha, is thought to be mad by everyone he meets because he believes he's living in a book. But from a certain point of view that makes the hero of Cervantes' novel the only character who has any idea what's really going on. A CMO Confidential Interview with Tom Stein, the Chairman and founder of Stein and Jann Schwarz, Senior Director of Marketplace Innovation at LinkedIn and founder of Think tank, The B2B Institute, who join us to discuss the 2025 Brand-to- Demand Maturity and the B2B Buyability studies. Tom and Jann share results showing the need to integrate brand and performance marketing in an era when the marketing funnel has collapsed needs fundamental re-thinking and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are still a key measure (in spite of data showing they've lost their usefulness). Tom and Jann explain why nearly all survey respondents acknowledge a problem but only 20% are taking action. Key topics include: why a good product or service are now "table stakes”; how buyer confidence, human connection and customer experience have become key Buyability differentiators; and the belief that B2B creative is way behind B2C on average. Tune in to hear why “demand-focused marketing" was one of the greatest brand misdirects of all time and a fabulous story of an alter boy accidentally dropping the Baby Jesus. The Truth Behind the Curtain in B2B: Brand + Demand, MQLs, and “Buyability” with Tom Stein & Jan SchwartzDescription:Mike Linton sits down with Tom Stein (Stein) and Jan Schwartz (LinkedIn's B2B Institute) to unpack new ANA research on brand–demand maturity and a bold operating model they call “buyability.” They cover why 80% of marketers say integration matters but aren't doing it, why MQLs are failing modern buying groups, how to financialize creative and brand, and what CEOs/boards should actually measure to accelerate revenue.
