blank slate noun : someone or something that is still in an original state and that has not yet been changed by people, experiences, etc. It is important to reset our minds to exactly this. A blank slate, where we let go and give ourselves the opportunity to start fresh. It is important for our wellness but also for ourselves to accept that it's okay, and it's NEVER too late.
