In this episode, I explain why containment creates relational safety for men. Attraction is not just about looks. It is about risk, and a woman is always assessing whether she feels safe with you. I break down how control, consistency, and emotional containment signal safety, while emotional leakage signals danger before you even say a word. If you cannot control your energy, you might be exciting in the short term, but you will never be a long term option. Show Notes: [04:56]#1 Emotional volatility is a threat that is not passion. Solve a real buyer problem. Build enterprise value. Exit on your terms. In this episode of the She Leads Podcast, Kelly Parker shares how she built Send Ribbon, a bootstrapped corporate gifting company acquired by UrbanStems, by focusing on one overlooked opportunity: solving real pain points for real buyers. With just $5,000 and no outside funding, Kelly launched her business at 27 after years inside high growth companies like Indeed, WeWork, and DoorDash. Instead of chasing luxury products or hype, she spoke directly with office managers, the true gatekeepers of corporate purchasing, and realized they did not need more options. They needed reliability, speed, and zero friction. That insight became her competitive advantage and ultimately positioned the company for acquisition. In this conversation, Kelly breaks down how relationship first thinking helped her win Fortune 500 clients, why visibility matters more than perfection when positioning for acquisition, and how staying close to your buyer builds long term enterprise value. She also challenges the pressure many women founders face to be “all in” at the expense of financial stability. From healthcare realities to diversified income strategies, Kelly shares practical advice for building sustainable companies that align with your life, not just your ambition.Today, through her advisory platform launchgrowexit, Kelly supports female founders who want to launch, grow, and eventually exit their companies with clarity and confidence. If you are building a business, thinking about long term value, or questioning the hustle culture narrative, this episode offers a grounded roadmap for turning customer insight into a high value company.Chapters: 00:56
140 | High Value Energy: The Self-Leadership Shift That Changes Everything | Salarah Kacey Starre Most people don't have a discipline & consistancy problem, they have a self-leadership problem. In this episode, I unpack the tension between the two internal leaders that shape your reality and ultimately your manifestation results. One voice pushes for productivity, consistency and control. It sounds responsible, but it's often driven by anxiety, scarcity thinking and fear of falling behind. The other voice is grounded, emotionally regulated and energetically aware. It understands capacity, timing and sustainable growth. From a Law of Attraction perspective, the leader you follow internally determines your energetic frequency. Your energetic frequency determines what you attract. If you're constantly leading yourself from pressure, urgency and self-criticism, you'll manifest more chaos, more overwhelm and more confirmation that you're “behind.” But when you shift into conscious self-leadership, grounded authority, emotional intelligence and nervous system stability, your external reality begins to mirror that steadiness.High value energy isn't about status or image. It's about energetic alignment, emotional maturity and leading yourself from clarity rather than fear.If you've been stuck in cycles of pushing and collapsing, struggling with consistency, or feeling disconnected from the Law of Attraction despite “doing the work,” this episode will help you recalibrate your internal leadership so your manifestation becomes sustainable.Because you don't manifest what you force, you manifest what you embody. Thanks for being here,Salarah xx Copyright 2026 Salarah Kacey Starre The Salarah Kacey Starre Podcast website

In this episode of Purposely, I'm joined by Craig Pollard, Founder and CEO of Fundraising Radicals, to talk about what it really takes to build high value funding partnerships that actually last.Craig brings three decades of experience working alongside civil society organisations and funders in more than 100 countries. He's seen what works, what fails, and where organisations quietly undermine themselves in the pursuit of money. We talk about why high value fundraising is not about slick pitches or chasing the next grant round. It's deliberate. It's strategic. And it starts with being clear about your purpose and the role you want to play in the wider ecosystem.Craig shares his thinking on trust, alignment, and why the best partnerships are built on shared values rather than financial need. We explore what it means to design for long term value instead of short term wins, and why uncomfortable conversations are often part of building something stronger. There's also a challenge here for leaders and trustees. Are you clear on what “enough” looks like? Are you building partnerships, or just securing income? If you care about moving beyond transactional fundraising and building relationships that genuinely resource impact, this conversation will give you plenty to think about.

Send a textAs on-premise venues navigate an increasingly fragmented spirits landscape, the relationship between brands and bars has reached a critical inflection point. This Expert Talk features Chris Maffeo, the Founder of MAFFEO DRINKS, to examine why most brand-bar partnerships fail before they begin, and how misaligned incentives, from listing fees that deliver no ROI to guest shifts where brand managers never appear, erode trust on both sides.Chris explores the disconnect between boardroom strategy and bar-floor execution, introducing a practical "if-then" framework for sustainable partnerships that balances bartender personal brand-building with genuine brand advocacy. Chris reveals why treating activations as transactions rather than relationships undermines everyone's bottom line, and demonstrates how accountability gaps, from finance teams demanding immediate returns to bartenders rotating between competing portfolios, can be transformed into long-term value creation.Featured Guests:Chris Maffeo, Founder, MAFFEO DRINKSMentioned in this episode:MAFFEO DrinksWatch on YouTube: The On-Premise Playbook: A Guide to High-Value Bar PartnershipsWant to stay in the know about new episodes from the podcast? 81% of people work after dinner, drowning in back to back Zoom meetings where they doodle under the table, only to do real work at night. Sound familiar? In this episode, I sit down with Juliet Funt, author and consultant who helps companies turn scrap time into steel, transforming low value work into high purpose, innovative time. We dive into the signs of toxic culture, why anxious deference to the CEO is a red flag, and how to spot when you're stuck in an unhealthy organization. Juliet shares her unconventional path from growing up as Alan Funt's daughter (yes, from Candid Camera) to discovering the power of white space, taking four years to world school her three boys across 14 countries, and why most executives need therapy. Plus, we tackle the fascinating question: do people change via desire or disaster? Her answer might surprise you. Recorded live at Cloud Connections in Delray Beach, Doug Green, Publisher of Technology Reseller News, spoke with Mark Vange, Founder & CEO of Autom8ly, about how AI voice agents are reshaping complex, regulated, and high-value communication workflows. Vange explained that Autom8ly specializes in building AI solutions for partners and service providers that serve customers with nuanced and often highly regulated requirements. Rather than focusing on generic AI reception or basic appointment setting, Autom8ly targets verticals where complexity, compliance, and scale intersect—use cases where off-the-shelf AI voice agents fall short. One of the company's primary areas of focus is the collections market. Autom8ly is deploying AI voice agents to handle high-volume, routine collections calls while allowing human agents to concentrate on more complex, high-stakes cases. Early observations suggest that consumers may respond less defensively to AI-initiated outreach than to human collectors, particularly for smaller or straightforward obligations such as missed payments, parking fines, or one-time healthcare balances. In these scenarios, the AI agent can confirm details, negotiate payment terms, and securely process payments, while automatically escalating more complex disputes to human staff. Vange emphasized that Autom8ly's AI agents are designed with strict boundaries. They do not cross regulatory red lines, attempt legal persuasion, or handle cases involving attorneys, court orders, or disputed liability. Instead, they address the majority of routine interactions that consume time and resources but generate limited strategic value when handled by humans. From an operational standpoint, AI voice agents offer significant efficiency gains. Human collectors often achieve utilization rates as low as 25–30 percent due to unanswered calls, breaks, and administrative overhead. AI agents, by contrast, operate at near-100 percent utilization, reducing cost per dollar collected while accelerating time to revenue. Autom8ly has also engineered its platform to meet PCI and compliance requirements, ensuring sensitive payment data is never exposed to large language models or unsafe systems. Beyond collections, Vange highlighted broader opportunities for MSPs and channel partners. Autom8ly has delivered AI voice agents for underserved language communities, including healthcare environments where providers lack staff fluent in languages such as Haitian Creole. By combining language capability with cultural awareness and compliance controls, AI agents can expand access to essential services while reducing operational strain. For MSPs and service providers, Vange positioned AI voice agents as a “high-value voice” opportunity—particularly in industries such as healthcare, utilities, finance, and public services, where multilingual communication, compliance, and scale are critical. When interactions move beyond simple scripts and require deep customization, Autom8ly's partner-led model is designed to fill that gap. More information about Autom8ly and its AI voice agent solutions is available at https://autom8ly.com/.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the top dating mistakes that keep powerful, intelligent women stuck in cycles of disappointment instead of in the arms of a high-value man who can truly love their soul. I'm going to lovingly—but directly—call out the patterns that sabotage love, including: Believing a man's words instead of his actions Moving too fast with the wrong man and skipping proper vetting Dating from insecurity instead of dating for growth Confusing dating with intimacy and giving benefits before commitment Dating is not about hope, potential, or chemistry alone. Dating is an interview process—and not everyone deserves access to your time, your heart, or your body. I'll teach you how to slow down, raise your standards, protect your energy, and position yourself to attract a man who is emotionally available, intentional, and capable of building a future with you. If you're tired of wasting time… If you're ready to stop repeating the same love lessons… And if you desire a romantic best friend who meets you at your level— This episode is for you.

In this episode, I break down what makes a man low value and why this is a warning, not an insult. There are more ways to fail than to succeed, and most men end up low value simply by drifting and not being intentional. This isn't about money, looks, or followers—it's about your energy, discipline, and standards. Low value men chase, overexplain, and move without direction, often without even realizing it. I'm laying this out so you can check yourself, build awareness, and make sure you don't slide into habits that hold you back. Show Notes: [07:27]#1 Seeking validation instead of giving direction. John and Kurt continue their conversation. In this episode, they discuss how strong relationships help in both business and family life, why it's important for entrepreneurs to be good on camera, the value of personal branding, and how Kurt's company uses data to help businesses and political campaigns. In Part 1, they talked about Kurt's journey into political campaigns, how he built a successful fundraising company, and Liberty Spenders. It is a skill set. Don't just assume that because you're passionate about your thing, you're going to be good on camera, because I can promise you it's going to blow up in your face spectacularly." "Remember, you are the brand. You may have a company, you may have multiple companies, the companies fit under you as the brand. So if there ever comes a time where you remove yourself from the company, you sell the company, it's still you as the brand. Because if all you're focused on is that particular company and that becomes your branding, then if you sell it or leave it, it's like, 'Well, what do I do now?' You still have your branding when it's you." "If your problems are operational or you don't really know what you're selling yet, it's a little hard to pump in and build out a good marketing and brand strategy, because we're still not sure what we're marketing." "My wife and I are partners in the business, and I've always believed that's one of the reasons our marriage has been healthy. If one of us was building it and working all those extra hours while the other stayed at home feeling lonely and neglected … we'd have been in trouble. But we were always working on it together." "We started with a commitment that we took our vows seriously, that this was 'till death do us part.'" "I've got to do some stuff I don't want to do, because I don't want the consequence of a really ugly, unhappy marriage that I'm stuck in for 30 years." In this class, I talk about the green flags women should look for in men. These are the traits that show a man has discipline, a solid foundation, and the kind of presence you can trust and respect. A lot of people get distracted by looks, status, or money, but the real green flags go much deeper. Once the surface boxes are checked, take your time and actually get to know the man, the same way you'd want someone to get to know you. Show Notes: [02:32]#1 Emotional stability. On this solo episode:Stacey argues that “high-value sales” aren't about high prices or fancy offers—they're about the quality of leadership inside the conversation. Great sales outcomes come from neutrality (not neediness), radical responsibility for the interaction, and holding non-negotiable standards. Key Takeaways:-Selling is about alignment.-The price never decides the value..-Explaining creates spectators.Tweetable Quotes:"High value is not your price tag. It's not how fancy your offer is or how hyped you sound on the call… High value is about the quality of the experience and the impact of the conversation." -Stacey O'Byrne"Only version number three of you produces a high value conversation because reality is people don't buy your offer. They buy the identity they believe they'll become by saying yes." -Stacey O'Byrne"Sales isn't about getting people to say yes. I've made a lot of episodes for men about how to be high value, but today I'm giving women a clear look at the traits that should make you step back. In this class, I'm talking to the ladies about the red flags you need to watch for in men. Some of you have already seen these signs and just want confirmation, and some of you want to avoid the same mistakes next time. I'm breaking it all down from a male perspective so you know what to stay away from. And fellas, listen in too—because even if I'm not talking to you, I'm definitely talking about you. This OG of directly contracted high-value networks or Centers of Excellence networks came up, name dropped and everything in the episode with Elizabeth Mitchell from PBGH, the Purchaser Business Group on Health, from two weeks ago. That was episode 491. So, welcome to this deep cut episode with Olivia Ross from way back, pre-pandemic times. This episode of Relentless Health Value revisits the concept of directly contracted high value networks or Centers of Excellence (ECEN) with Olivia Ross. The discussion explores the impact and potential of the ECEN network, emphasizing the importance of quality, price transparency, and multidisciplinary approaches in healthcare. Olivia delves into the reasons why ECEN was significant in past PBGH projects and its current relevance, despite its eventual dismantling due to corporate changes. The episode highlights the benefits for employers in creating their own high-value networks and the positive outcomes from fewer unnecessary surgeries and better quality care. Additionally, it covers the rigorous process of selecting Centers of Excellence and how continuous quality improvement efforts benefit both employers and healthcare providers. === LINKS ===
