Welcome to The Butterfly Room. Your little safe space where we discuss everything and anything. No judgment no stigma just you me and our wavering thoughts.

Finally I'm back from my hiatus type break, life has really and I mean really eye opening and I've been going through the motions, highs and lows. Forgive the audio I'm still figuring it out anyways we're moving on to Season 2 of this podcast. Stay tuned butterflies xoxo

Lately I've been doing some thinking and looking inwards. I'm not a saint or an angel but I'm good enough

Lately I've been stuck in limbo about my life decisions and I just wanted to share my thoughts

Life starts the moment you decide to press play and I have learned so much even though I've only been alive for such a short time but life is fragile and we never know what tomorrow holds so I decided to share with you guys what I personally learnt as a 20 year old in my 21st year of being alive

Social media has everyone talking or rather watching. Just how much social media does one need to consume before it's considered distracting or toxic? It has its pros and cons but ultimately it's all up to you to decide where social media stands in your life

No man can remain an island forever which is why we all need friends and people we can be with. Families are complicated and honestly in present times our real families aren't always related to us. It's important to give everyone space even yourself which is why boundaries are important.

Have you ever felt guilty about getting yourself those lovely shoes? or maybe felt insecure about yourself because of what you saw on social media. Even when you don't feel like the greatest person sometimes hugging yourself is enough to remind you that it's ok. Taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves and most importantly accepting ourselves for who we are regarded of how flawed we are should be taken very seriously after all how can we change our environment or situations for the better if we can't do the same for ourselves.

Today's episode is really deep and honestly I feel it's extremely important.Society has pulled the strings of our life and tried to shove us into boxes but I say we break out and make our own. Your identity is your personal serial code and only you and you alone can change or design it
