And that is available, says Ephesians 1, through Jesus. How would it change us if we believed something like "A supernatural, all-powerful, deity that loves me enough to die for me was in control of everything"? Sounds like a strange question. But Christians actually believe that Jesus is King. How does that change us? What does that give us?
