In a time like this, speaking your truth, standing up for what you believe in is so difficult when you don't fit the narrative. Social media has its benefits for you to be heard but also leaves you open to negativity. It takes strength and courage to speak out, Jenna tells what she is up to now and how it feels to speak your truth. We wanted to really address the issues, create a space to openly have this conversation and really tell you that we all have dark thoughts, some darker than others but we all get them. These emotions can run high and can really cause you to feel terrible like there is no solution but there literally is no problem that can't be solved through letting those feelings go. We do offer help for anyone who needs it. It is free so please don't suffer in silence.
