Batman has figured put that one of the men responsible for shooting Candy Myers, abducting him and taking the money is a taxi driver who just happened to overhear the rouse in his cab.  So now the clock is ticking to find Candy and the money.  Commentary on Superman production schedule and why serials like The Story of the Century was needed.
