Vært: Joachim B. Most people think they have an action problem. What they actually have is an identity gap.In this episode, Mogens Olsen delivers one of the deepest conversations we've had on leadership, growth, and long-term performance.Mogens breaks down the space between identity and action and why strategy alone eventually creates strain, burnout, or inconsistency when it isn't rooted in who you believe you are.We talk about why people know what to do but can't sustain it. Why motivation fades. Why discipline feels heavy. And how misaligned identity silently sabotages execution. This is not surface-level mindset work. It's foundational. If you've ever felt like you're pushing harder than you should have to, or executing strategies that never quite stick, this episode will challenge how you think about growth at the deepest level.Because when identity leads, action follows. And when it doesn't, everything feels harder than it should.

We have fantastic extra content for you that you will love on our Patreon Website / enlightenedgeedu . Please join us there so that you can participate in our in-depth lessons. This week we will address questions many people have about the creation and show how it all focuses on God and His Son.In this week's episode Kerry discusses Enoch's preaching, anlife in the time of Enoch, the giants in the land, and other things about Enoch's sermon. He and others discuss why the Book of Moses has so much more about Christ in it than the Old Testament, and how we should benefit from that. Kerry helps define Zion and what those definitions have to do with us. Then he and Phillip Allred explore Enoch's experience in building Zion and what that means for us and how we should be becoming a Zion person, people and Church today. Kerry then delves into what we can learn about the nature of God and His Son through Enoch's experience with Jehovah, and how that helps us understand what God is doing for us. Vært: Joachim B. Are we doing missions wrong? In this deep-dive episode of Christian Podcast, Beto and Mili sit down with Ric Olsen to challenge the status quo of modern missionary work. From the "Double Orange" in California to global war zones, we explore a shifting landscape where the Western church is learning to move from a position of imperial power to one of true servant-heartedness.Ric Olsen—pastor, fire department chaplain, and leader of Love Orange—brings a unique perspective on what it means to actually "love your city" and how global missions are being turned upside-down as missionaries from India, Japan, and Brazil are now being sent to reach the U.S.In this episode, we discuss:The Power Trap: Why the church often defaults to "Empire" structures and how to break free.Cultural Redemptions: Finding the Gospel in unexpected places—from the Grammys and Bad Bunny to movies like K-pop Demon Hunters and The Magician's Nephew.Local Missions: How "neutral playgrounds" like Love Orange are bringing government, business, and churches together to serve the community. The Future: What will the church look like in 50 years? Ric shares his "Spectrum of Belief" on where we are headed."Jesus never talked about leading; He always talked about serving." Join us for a conversation that invites the Holy Spirit to challenge our preconceptions and inspire a new way of living out our faith.Connect with Ric Olsen: Website: thebeacon.churchFollow Christian Podcast with Beto & Mili: Instagram: @ChristianPodcast Website: ChristianPodcast.com#ChristianPodcast #Missions #ChurchFuture #RicOlsen #FaithAndCulture #ServantLeadership #DoubleOrange

Hvert år donerer Danmark et tocifret milliardbeløb i udviklingsbistand til særligt afrikanske lande. Men det vil Venstre nu skære gevaldigt i. Det meldte de ud i weekenden. On today's Flyover Conservatives Show, we sat down with inventor Linda Bamber to explore what many believe is one of the most overlooked conversations in modern health: sound frequencies and their interaction with the human body. We discuss inflammation, Lyme disease, parasites, EMF exposure, sleep disruption, brain fog, and toxin overload — and why these issues may be more connected than most people realize. Linda breaks down the history of suppressed frequency research, the science of cellular resonance, and why more Americans are questioning symptom-masking approaches in favor of proactive, root-focused solutions.TO WATCH ALL FLYOVER CONTENT: www.theflyoverapp.com Follow and Subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@TheFlyoverConservativesShow To Schedule A Time To Talk To Dr. Dr. Kirk Elliott Go To ▶ https://flyovergold.comOr Call 720-605-3900 ► Receive your FREE 52 Date Night Ideas Playbook to make date night more exciting, go to www.prosperousmarriage.comLinda Bamber OlsenWEBSITE: www.wavwatch.com/FLYOVER PROMO CODE: FLYOVERLinda Bamber Olsen is the creator and founder of WavWatch, a pioneering sound-frequency wellness device helping people rebalance their health naturally. In the first episode of Season 5, we get to talk with Brent and Kira Olsen of Olsen Farms and Smokey Ridge Meats. Olsen Farms is a small family farm located in a mountain valley in Northeastern Washington, just north of Colville. They produce high quality meats from their sustainably raised farm animals. All of their beef, pork and lamb is processed at Smokey Ridge Meats, our own USDA facility in Chewelah, WA. They also grow over 20 varieties of potatoes of various colors, textures, and culinary uses. Olsen Farms is committed to enhancing the rural economy and stewarding farmland for wildlife habitat. Sustainability and direct marketing are the roots of their family farm and strengthening biodiversity is a clear benefit of their farming approach. This episode was funded by the USDA National Institute of Agriculture AFRI Grant #2022-68006-37269 Complexity and tradeoffs in animal agriculture sustainability: building awareness and trust between producers and consumers. The Farm Walks Podcast is collaboratively organized by Tilth Alliance and WSU Food Systems. The Bowhunter Chronicles Podcast - Episode 387: He Shot my Buck Out From Under Me : Aaron Olsen Next Step Outdoors In this episode of the Bowhunter Chronicles podcast, Adam sits down to talk with Aaron Olsen of Next Step Outdoors to break down the real-world challenges of public land hunting, covering strategy, mindset, and decision-making from start to finish of a hard-fought hunt. The discussion explores balancing family life and hunting season, managing expectations, and adapting when conditions and pressure don't go as planned. A pivotal moment in the hunt sparks the core debate of the episode: while glassing a buck, another hunter spotted the same deer, slipped in, and ultimately shot it out from in front of them. What followed became a race to the buck—and a larger conversation about ethics, unwritten rules, and fair play on public land. Was the other hunter in the wrong, or was it simply part of hunting ground that belongs to everyone? Beyond that moment, the episode dives into missed opportunities, mid-hunt adjustments, weather challenges, deer movement, and spot-and-stalk versus ground hunting tactics. Mental toughness and patience are tested as pressure increases from other hunters, leading to honest reflections on luck vs skill, scouting, preparation, and lessons learned for future hunts. Topics Covered: Public land hunting strategy Hunting ethics and shared ground Deer movement and scouting Spot-and-stalk vs ground hunting Decision-making under pressure
The most beautiful launchsite in the world – that is my description for this week's episode. Andøya Space is a space launch center in Northern Norway. It is kind of what you would imagine if Disney's Frozen had a rocket launch site. Jokes aside, it is a serious strategic asset that has launched rockets since 1962 and now has German launch company Isar Aerospace as an orbital launch customer. My guest to talk about all this is Andøya Space's CEO, former Vice Admiral Ketil Olsen. Enjoy!

But that story collapses the moment you look closer. Tonight on Strange Planet, explorer and author Brad Olsen joins Richard Syrett to expose the hidden history of the world's most restricted continent. From ancient maps showing an ice-free Antarctica, to Nazi expeditions, Operation Highjump, vast no-fly zones, UFO encounters, and whispers of buried technology beneath the ice—this is not speculation. Brad went there. The question is no longer if Antarctica is hiding something… but why? GUEST: Brad Olsen is an explorer, researcher, and author of Secrets of Antarctica and the acclaimed Esoteric Series. He self-financed a 2019 expedition to Antarctica, crossing the Drake Passage to investigate anomalies firsthand. Last week was a big one for the St John family as they found out the sex of their latest little one and it was NOT what they were expecting! This is going to set the family dynamic for sure. This leads Kelly and Lizz into a conversation about their siblings growing up and we finally find out which one was the troublemaker of the family. There are some clothing trends going on the ladies need to discuss and that includes the "Olsen tuck" and folding in the fur on your jacket hood. Kelly has questions on things that aren't trending anymore, commercials. Specifically, what happened to the products that never seem to advertise anymore? When was the last time you saw a commercial for Tic Tacs or Kit Kats? Other random thoughts on Kelly and Lizz's minds include "Traitors", "The People You Meet on Vacation", NFL and World Clap Day. The ladies are back to answering your advice questions and this week is all about the car seats. Families of 3 or 5, this is the episode you'll want to make sure to pay close attention to. Finally, a listener submitted Ditch the Drive-Thru is the perfect replacement for families that love the KFC Bowl. Plus, the best advice you can get when eating out: always get the meatloaf!
