After Mattel took a loss on the Clash of the Titans toys the almost did it again with Conan the Barbarian. Dave Young: Welcome to the Empire Builders Podcast, teaching business owners the not so secret techniques that took famous businesses from mom and pop to major brands. Stephen Semple is a marketing consultant, story collector, and storyteller. I’m Stephen’s sidekick and business partner, Dave Young. Before we get into today’s episode, a word from our sponsor, which is, well, it’s us, but we’re highlighting ads we’ve written and produced for our clients. So here’s one of those. [Handyside Ad] Dave Young: Welcome back to the Empire Builders Podcast, Dave Young here alongside Steven Semple, and we’re talking about empires, empires. And Steven whispered the subject of today’s empire in my ear, and I would’ve been hard-pressed to call it an empire because I don’t know all that much about it. But I think again, it’s cartoon property that happened after I was pretty much done watching cartoons. He-Man, right? As in He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, that He-Man? Stephen Semple: That He-Man. Dave Young: Okay. Stephen Semple: That He-Man. When you think about it, it’s toys. There’s been movies. There’s the cartoon. It’s pretty huge. Dave Young: Yeah. Okay. I’m anxious to hear about it. Stephen Semple: Yeah. Dave Young: And is he the one that’s become kind of a meme, too? Like, there’s He-Man meme? Stephen Semple: Oh, sure. Oh, look, there’s a meme for everything today. So it’s really a story of lost opportunities, but at the same time, sort of seeing changes in the marketplace and doing some really interesting things because in 1975, The Six Million Dollar Man really changes action figures. Dave Young: Sure. Stephen Semple: Because to make an action figure, you’re only licensing from others, and it was product-orientated rather than brand-driven, and along came The Six Million Dollar Man, and it was a guy. Right? Dave Young: I mean, we were all running around going… Stephen Semple: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Dave Young: Pretend we could see, and hear, and lift things. Stephen Semple: Yeah. And along that time, out was coming the movie, The Clash of the Titans. And so there was this whole thing of, okay, let’s create action figures around Clash of the Titans. And the movie did poorly. And so the toys did poorly. And Mattel had been involved in that. And this shaped Mattel’s thinking because when Star Wars came along, Ray Wagner at Mattel passed on it because of his experience with Clash of the Titans. It’s like, “Well, we’re not doing this.” Dave Young: Wow, okay. Stephen Semple: Because again, they wanted to create the toy, right? The Star Wars they wanted to create the toys before the movie came out. So another movie comes along, Conan the Barbarian. Dave Young: Sure. Yeah. Stephen Semple: Right? And Mattel is like, “All right, we’re going to get all over this.” And they end up buying the license for Conan. They made samples, and they had all these expenses, and then Mattel discovers Conan the Barbarian is an R-rated movie. Dave Young: Yeah. No kids are going to see it. Stephen Semple: Can’t do it as a toy. Dave Young: Oh, no. Stephen Semple: But at the same time, they sort of started looking at all of these action figures that are out there, and all of the male figures are kind of wimpy. And they had started down this exploration of making a Conan the Barbarian style action figure. So they thought, why don’t we do this massive figure? And they first did these ones called Tankhead, and Bullet Head, and H-Man. And they wanted them to be comic book-like and bring action to the figure and how they stand. And they were making them bulkier and create this visual shelf presence and over-the-top muscles, all these ideas that they had drawn from Conan the Barbarian. Dave Young: All right. Stephen Semple: And what they also noticed is that when kids play with things, they want to have the power to do what they want to do. Dave Young: Absolutely. Stephen Semple: Which is where the line, “I have the power,” came from. Dave Young: Okay. Stephen Semple: Where Conan holds up the sword, and he says, “Oh, I have the power.” Right? That whole idea came from watching kids play with toys. And in fact, a lot of the ideas that came from the toy play, they learned from watching girls play with Barbies in terms of- Dave Young: Makes sense. Stephen Semple: … how they do it and then the other- Dave Young: But you’re creating story on the fly. Stephen Semple: You’re creating story on the fly. Yeah. And you have the power to create your own story. And what they also noticed was while kids like thinking about dreaming about things in the future, they also like drawing upon things from the old, which is part of the reason why they created things like this Castle Grayskull, right? Yeah. Now, one of the other things that was really interesting about Castle Grayskull when they created it… Now, first of all, when they created it was very expensive. It was going to retail for like $20. And everyone said, “Well, no one’s going to buy this.” But the interesting thing is every castle was slightly different in terms of how that the paint happened on it. The way they were painting it, they actually discovered there was a manufacturing flaw in how they were painting it, and each one of the castles looked slightly different, and people were like, “Oh my God, all these castles are a little bit different.” And you’re like, “Perfect.” Dave Young: Collecting them? Stephen Semple: Well, no, they’re just like, it doesn’t need to be perfect. It doesn’t need to be exactly the same. That’s okay. And there was a point where they were getting ready to roll the characters out, and they ran out of money for tooling. They wanted to have a creature for He-Man to ride. And so they took a cat from another toy, painted a green, put a saddle on it, put armor on it, and all of a sudden, you had Battle Cat. So they’re creating all these things. They know there’s play value in it. They believe it’s going to stand out on the shelf because it’s now this big, bulky character and all this other stuff. But the business model for selling toys up to this point was TV shows, or in the case of Star Wars, movies. So you got no TV show, you got no movie, you’ve been running out of money even for tooling. So, how are you going to promote this character? Dave Young: Stay tuned. We’re going to wrap up this story and tell you how to apply this lesson to your business right after this. [Using Stories To Sell] Dave Young: Let’s pick up our story where we left off, and trust me, you haven’t missed a thing. Stephen Semple: The business model for selling toys up to this point was TV shows or in the case of Star Wars movies. So you got no TV show, you got no movie, you’ve been running out of money even for tooling. So, how are you going to promote this character? Dave Young: I mean, do you make the TV show? Stephen Semple: They didn’t have money for that. Dave Young: Yeah. Stephen Semple: How are you going to tell the story? Well, what they did was they created little mini comics, and they put it in with every toy. Dave Young: Oh, beautiful. Stephen Semple: So they had these four different mini comics that came with the toys. And what they did is they went to DC who is producing comics, and they actually created also a three issue miniseries with DC where it was Superman versus He-Man. Dave Young: Oh, wow. Okay. Stephen Semple: Right? They changed the rules. You can now promote a toy without a TV show. They did it with the mini comics. Dave Young: Oh, that’s really cool. Stephen Semple: Now, the mini comics became so popular, and the toy became so popular, they now had the money to create the show. Dave Young: Okay. So it all came first the… Stephen Semple: Yes. And then the show, what the show forced them to do is create a better story and backstory, right? And then they created rules of how the characters are interacted and things along that lines. But what I thought that was really, really interesting in this whole story was, okay, so the business model is you need a TV show to make it work. So all the toys have been done up to that point. TV show to work. Star Wars was the exception. They spent all this money in the Conan and the Barbarian. They can’t end up doing it. They left all this stuff, create the toy anyway. And then it’s like, all right, how do we promote this? And what the guys recognized is it wasn’t about having the TV show, it was about having the story. So how could you do it? Mini comic book. Dave Young: I love it. Stephen Semple: Put it in with each toy. Right? So I just thought that that was really interesting because it would be easy to stop at that point and go, “Well, we can’t do this because there’s no show.” Dave Young: Yeah. Stephen Semple: There’s no show. And instead, they broke the mold and said, “No, it’s about the story.” Dave Young: Well, and so when was all this? This was in the late 80s, early or… Stephen Semple: Yeah, late… Yeah, mid 80s. Dave Young: Mid 80s, late 80s? Stephen Semple: Yeah, mid to late 80s is when all this was going on. Dave Young: And so it’s why it has survived and become so… There are so many memes from it. There’s He-Man, and there’s Skeletor. There’s a lot of Skeletor memes out there. Stephen Semple: Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Dave Young: But there’s a whole generation that grew up with this. Stephen Semple: Yes. Dave Young: Yeah. I love it. Stephen Semple: Yeah. So to me, again, the part that was sort of interesting on He-Man is just again, finding this different way to do it, but recognizing what the power was in the show. While kids want to make things up, it’s almost like they need a little story to help them along. Dave Young: Yeah, absolutely. I will admit that I’m too old for He-Man. It was after my cartoon-watching time. Was it yours? Do you have any… Stephen Semple: You and I are the same Dave Young: Yeah, same demographic there. Stephen Semple: Same demographic. It was like ’81, ’82 was kind of when it was first launched. The movie came much later. Dave Young: I remember hearing it, maybe, and then I also had girls, and they were not so much into He-Man. Stephen Semple: Right. Yeah. Dave Young: So cool. Stephen Semple: And in fact, in 2002, they did a reboot of it, The New Adventures of He-Man, and then there was a Netflix series. And seemingly in 2020, there’s a Netflix He-Man series that I didn’t know anything about. Dave Young: So what’s the disposition of it? It’s still going? Stephen Semple: Yeah. And it’s owned by Mattel. Dave Young: Still in production? Stephen Semple: Yeah. Dave Young: Okay. Very cool. Not being a He-Man or He-Man fan. I feel at a loss, Stephen, that I have nothing else to ask you about He-Man. [inaudible 00:12:39]- Stephen Semple: All right. Dave Young: But I appreciate learning about him, and I wish him well. Nothing but success for He-Man and his friends. Stephen Semple: Long live Skeletor. Dave Young: Well, thank you, Stephen. Stephen Semple: Skeletor. Dave Young: I know the voice, right? I mean, I remember the voice. Yeah. Very cool. Stephen Semple: Yeah. And the great laugh that Skeletor has. Dave Young: Yeah. Well, thank you for bringing this one to us. Stephen Semple: All right. Thank you for your patience and understanding] Gunfire struck three Toronto-area synagogues in less than a week, prompting police to promise a “relentless” investigation into what leaders say are antisemitic attacks. In this episode of The CJN's North Star podcast, host Ellin Bessner reports from outside Beth Avraham Yoseph synagogue in Thornhill and also listened in outside the Shaarei Shomayim congregation in North York Sunday as police, politicians and Jewish leaders gathered for a show of solidarity. Bullet holes were discovered this weekend at Beth Avraham Yoseph congregation in Thornhill and Shaarei Shomayim synagogue in North York. Temple Emanu-El had been targeted earlier in the week. A Jewish-owned restaurant and a Jewish school were also struck the same day. The attacks have stunned Toronto's Jewish community and sparked calls for stronger action from governments and police before someone is seriously hurt or killed. On this week's episode, I'm very pleased to be rejoined by Rod Blackhurst (we had him on a couple of years back to discuss his indie crime drama Blood for Dust) and joined for the first time by Ethan Suplee, veteran character actor we all know and love from films like Mallrats, Remember the Titans, and The Wolf of Wall Street and TV shows like My Name Is Earl. We're discussing their new film, Dolly, a true indie endeavor made in the spirit of American classics like The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and The Evil Dead or the New French Extremity's High Tension. Rod and his partners raised some money, brought some folks to the woods of Tennessee, and put together something he hopes will be memorable for the audiences who see it. It's hitting theaters this weekend, playing around 800 or so screens across the country, and if you're a horror head—or just someone looking for something different—I hope you'll check it out. (It is a horror movie, though, so I cannot provide any refunds if the onscreen terror sparks a walkout.)As I said, getting Ethan on the show is a real treat because I've been a fan for years and it's been interesting to watch him dip his toes into some darker waters in recent years in films like Dolly, Babylon, Blood for Dust, and God Is a Bullet. It was fun to pick his brain about consciously making that shift and why his film work often gives him a little more space to stretch than his TV work.
I remembered to make this cause Drew is so smart.

This Week In Startups is made possible by:Circle — http://circle.so/twistHubspot Creators — http://clickhubspot.com/twist2Uber AI Solutions — http://uber.com/ai-solutionsToday's show: *Dave Morin joined the show today to explain how the OpenClaw Foundation came into existence, and what its goals are. Fear not, Peter Steinberger retains directional control of the project. But if you want to sustain an open-source project over time, you need a corporate entity, well-heeled sponsors, maintainers and more. Morin is helping make sure that OpenClaw can stay true to itself well into the future.TWIST also put the day's most critical AI stories to Morin for his insight: What's his take on the Anthropic-DoW fracas? Does Morin think that OpenAI and Anthropic are catching up to OpenClaw in agentic terms? And will OpenAI cede the consumer crown to Anthropic? Next came two amazing demos: Runtools' CTO Greg Kara showed off a 3D interface for OpenClaw that his team built, allowing ‘Claw users to watch their agents work in real time, and even read over their shoulder. Then PickelWatch founder George Yameen showed off an agnetic workflow using OpenClaw and Claude's Chrome plugin side-by-side. The gist? Make sure that the agentic service you select is cost-effective. **GUESTS:**Dave Morin: https://x.com/davemorin?lang=enGreg Kara: https://x.com/GregKara6George Yameen: https://x.com/GeorgeYameen**Timestamps:** 00:00 Dave Morin Joins the Show02:31 How Dave Morin got Claw-Pilled05:01 Jason's critical OpenClaw moments08:38 How Dave showcases his OpenClaw skills10:47 Uber AI Solutions - Your trusted partner to get AI to work in the real world. Drew Miles Podcast sits down with Seth Swerczek from Hornady for a deep-dive on bullet design and real-world terminal performance. They break down varmint vs match vs hunting bullets, why some projectiles can be “lights out” and others can be inconsistent, and how velocity windows drive expansion and penetration. The conversation hits everything from V-MAX nostalgia and modern ELD-VT performance, to the truth behind ELD-M vs ELD-X construction, energy debates, and practical caliber choices for elk. They close with a focused recommendation for .22 Creedmoor loads (80gr ELD-X and 69gr ELD-VT) and a quick detour into 7PRC vs 280 Ackley, plus some desert dirt-bike talk.Key takeaways / bullets (for show notes page) Lead-core varmint bullets (example: V-MAX) create dramatic terminal effect on coyotes compared to many monolithic copper options that can “pencil” through thin-skinned game. ELD-VT (Varmint Target) is positioned as a modern, fast-twist varmint bullet line: low-drag shape + explosive terminal behavior. Factory match ammo has closed the gap with handloads for many rifles; modern chambers/twist rates can be more forgiving and consistent. ELD-M vs ELD-X: externally similar in some weights, but internally different (jacket thickness/taper + core retention features) which changes consistency and “performance envelope” on game. Match bullets can absolutely work on animals, but “sometimes” is the problem—consistency matters more than best-case performance. Velocity is a driver for bullet function; too slow can fail to open, too fast can cause shallow blow-up depending on design. For elk-sized game, Seth's personal preference trends toward 7mm (not necessarily “more energy,” but appropriate diameter + bullet design + confidence). 7PRC's “why” (vs custom 7 mag / 280 AI): off-the-shelf ability to run long, high-BC bullets in factory rifles/ammo without custom mags/reamers/higher-pressure handload gymnastics. .22 Creedmoor: Seth's field experience is strongly positive with 80gr ELD-X for deer/antelope and even larger plains game; 69gr ELD-VT is his coyote “medicine.”

In this episode of Gangland Wire, host Gary Jenkins, retired Kansas City Police Intelligence Unit detective, steps outside traditional Mafia territory and into a shadowy world just as dangerous—and just as fascinating: the international theft of ultra-rare automobiles. Gary is joined by author Stayton Bonner, former senior editor at Rolling Stone, and legendary car-recovery specialist Joe Ford, the real-life figure behind Bonner's book The Million Dollar Car Detective. At the center of the story is a breathtaking pre-World War II automobile—the Talbot-Lago Teardrop Coupé—once described as the most beautiful car in the world. Stolen from a Milwaukee industrialist's garage in 2001, the car vanished into the international underground of elite collectors, forged paperwork, and high-stakes deception. Joe Ford explains how he became the go-to investigator when rare cars worth millions disappear—and why stolen vehicles are far harder to recover than stolen art. What follows is a years-long global hunt involving disgruntled mechanics, fabricated titles, shell corporations, Swiss intermediaries, and a billionaire buyer now locked in civil litigation. Bonner adds rich historical context, tracing the car's glamorous past—from European aristocracy to Hollywood royalty—and exposing how loneliness, obsession, and greed often surround these legendary machines. The conversation expands into other notorious cases, including the disappearance of the original James Bond Aston Martin from Goldfinger, and how wealthy collectors sometimes knowingly harbor stolen artifacts. This episode is a true-crime story without guns or gangs—but filled with deception, betrayal, and the relentless pursuit of justice across borders. If you love investigative work, high-end crime, and stories that feel like James Bond meets Gone in 60 Seconds, this one's for you.

Where it landed: Matt pulls Foggy and Cole North out of New York, links up with Elektra and Stick, and by the end of issue #4 the ritual is complete—Matt and Elektra are declared King and Queen of the reborn Fist (and man and wife), officially stepping into a global war that takes Daredevil far beyond the streets we're used to. As 2023 kicks off we learn - A reborn Fist with real stakes. The resurrection ritual doesn't just crown Daredevil and Elektra as King and Queen—it supercharges everyone, including Foggy and Cole North, and the Book of the Fist literally rewrites itself to guide them. Its warning is chilling: the Hand is using the Lunate Talisman to replace world leaders with undead puppets, quietly steering global power while no one notices. Recruiting monsters to stop monsters. Daredevil leads a breakout at the Myrmidon, offering prisoners a chance to fight for something bigger. Speed Demon, Stilt-Man, Agony, Stegron, and others join up. During the escape, Matt easily takes down U.S. Agent and is shaken to find Robert Goldman imprisoned there, clearly still part of a larger “plan.” In the aftermath, Iron Man and Captain America watch the footage and agree on one thing—Daredevil has crossed a line and needs to be brought in. Elektra lights the fuse. While Doc Sasquatch tries to hold this unstable team together through therapy, Elektra infiltrates the White House, confirms the President is a Hand construct, and throws him out a window—on camera. It's a tactical win and a PR nightmare, pushing the Avengers closer and painting the Fist as terrorists instead of saviors. Doing good the hard way. Matt insists the Fist prove they're different, leading a mission to North Carolina where they stop illegal evictions, defuse coordinated bombings, and protect a falling child—caught midair by Stilt-Man. Afterwards, Bullet leaves to find his son Lance, and we learn he's unknowingly walking straight into the Hand's trap. The war with the Hand. Knowing it's a setup but knowing they need to save Lance, Daredevil still attacks when the Book warns that the Punisher—who's leading the Hand—is killing again. The battle is massive and brutal: Daredevil and Elektra vs. the Punisher, Stick vs. Aka, Cole North vs. a Hand-controlled Bullet, and the rest of the Fist fighting dragons and assassins. They lose ground, barely escape, but Elektra steals the Lunate Talisman—proof the Hand can be beaten. Everything falls apart. The Avengers close in, the Stromwyns escalate, and Re-Cid gas bombs rain down on the Fist's base. Elektra destroys the Talisman, which reveals the truth _ Stick and Foggy were resurrected by the Hand—then disintegrate. The cost to beat the Hand is devastating as the Avengers arrive to arrest most of the team. God's plan goes loud. Daredevil manages to escape along with Robert Goldman, who unleashing an avalanche that forces the Avengers to retreat while nearly everyone else is captured. Weeks later, Cole North snaps Matt out of his spiral—telling him to put the suit back on, go fix it. Matt confronts the Stromwyns and trades himself for Elektra's freedom, proving his loyalty by plunging blades into his own eyes. Death, rebirth, and the real enemy. Believing sacrifice is the only answer, Matt travels to Japan to die at the Beast's gate and rescue the trapped souls—Foggy included. Elektra tries to stop him; he dies anyway, is reborn in white, and learns he's been manipulated by the Wild, sister to the Beast. In the collapsing afterlife, Matt rejects comforting illusions, frees Foggy and the others through love and willpower, and stays behind—armless but defiant—to face the Beast alone. The final book of volume 7 and the Red Fist Saga was an epilogue to this story and seemly sets us up for volume 8. This seemed like a good book for this week's spotlight story. Arizona's Legislative Shenanigans: Why HB2486 is a Disaster for Distressed Real EstateGather 'round, folks, because Arizona just dropped a legislative bombshell that's so pants-on-fire ridiculous, it makes my hair hurt. We're talking about HB2486, a bill so aggressively anti-investor it's practically a blueprint for how not to help distressed homeowners. And let me be crystal clear: this isn't just some anti-wholesaling fluff; this thing targets every single investor – flippers, buy-and-hold, even your grandma doing a creative deal! The government, bless its meddling heart, wants to dictate how much you can pay for a distressed property. Because, apparently, two consenting adults deciding on a fair price is just too much freedom. If this passes, say goodbye to viable solutions for struggling homeowners and hello to a tsunami of foreclosures. We need to stop this legislative train wreck NOW.Here's why HB2486 is a colossal pile of legislative horse manure:You're an "Equity Purchaser" (aka, a Villain!): If you acquire property, don't plan to live in it for 12 months, and intend to make a profit (you know, like a business?), congrats! You're an "equity purchaser." This bill doesn't care if you assign, double close, or use cash – if you're an investor, they're coming for you."Distressed" Means Whatever They Say It Means: A property is "distressed" if the seller is delinquent, received a foreclosure notice, OR – get this – believes they might default soon. So, if a homeowner has a bad dream about defaulting, your deal might be toast. Makes perfect sense, right? (My sarcasm meter just broke). The Infamous 82% Rule & Escrow's New Big Brother Role: This is where it gets crazy. You CANNOT buy a distressed property for less than 82% of its as-is fair market value. Period. No exceptions. Escrow and title companies are now legally prohibited from closing if this arbitrary threshold isn't met. So, the government, not the market or the homeowner, decides what a property is worth.Creative Financing: Poof! It's Gone: Sub-to? Forget it. All liens must be paid in full at closing. Seller financing, wraps, installment sales? Banned – the seller can't extend credit. Rent-backs/lease-backs? Limited to a laughable 20 days post-closing. This bill isn't just anti-creative finance; it's a full-on annihilation of options.Wholesaling Gets a Bullet to the Head: Wholesaling at 82% of FMV is like trying to make a profit selling lemonade in a snowstorm. Impossible. Plus, if you're non-licensed, you're limited to ONE deal per year. Two or more? You need a license. It's like they want to ensure only the most incompetent can survive. This bill, introduced by Rep. Oscar de Los Santos, doesn't protect homeowners; it removes their viable options, pushing them closer to foreclosure. It criminalizes standard, consensual real estate transactions and turns neutral transaction facilitators into government price police. This is excessive government control, plain and simple. If you value free markets, property rights, or simply believe distressed homeowners deserve options beyond a one-way ticket to foreclosure, now is the time to act. Go to THIS LINK NOW, contact the state representatives handling the bill, email them and tell them why they need to oppose this bill. Let's send a clear message: Arizona needs smart solutions, not legislative suicide.Watch the Original VIDEO HERE!Book a Call With Scott HERE!Sign up for the next FREE One-Day Note Class HERE!Sign up for the WCN Membership HERE!Sign up for the next Note Buying For Dummies Workshop HERE!Love the show? This edition of the DBG Times covers a wide range of rock and metal history, along with notable Rockstar Deathdays honoring Phil Lynott, Neil Peart, Steve Clark, Eddie Clarke, Sylvain Sylvain, and John Sykes. Looking back 10 years to 2016, the show revisits releases from Black Sabbath and Megadeth, including Sabbath's final studio-era material and Megadeth's well-received return to a heavier, more classic sound. From 2001, we highlight Turn 21 by The Donnas, an album that helped solidify their identity and garner more recognition. Going back 30 years to 1996, the discussion includes albums from Accept and Mr. Big, reflecting a challenging era as traditional hard rock and metal faced shifting trends. At 35 years (1991), we touch on notable releases by David Lee Roth, Drivin' N Cryin', and Motörhead, showcasing the variety of sounds coming out of the early '90s. Looking at 1986, we revisit Seventh Star by Black Sabbath and the long-delayed debut of White Lion, two releases with very different paths and outcomes. From 1981, the episode covers peak-era albums by 38 Special, April Wine, and Styx, all enjoying major commercial success during this period. Jumping back 50 years to 1976, we discuss releases from Bad Company and Grand Funk Railroad, each facing internal and external challenges at different points in their careers. Wrapping up the historical portion at 55 years (1971), we explore early albums from ZZ Top, Mountain, Lucifer's Friend, and Dust, capturing the formative years of heavy rock and metal. The episode also includes a rundown of new rock and metal releases, featuring recent albums from Alter Bridge, Bullet, Kreator, Gluecifer, Helix, and a final studio release tied to the farewell era of Megadeth. We hope you enjoy our look back through the month of January in this edition of the DBG Times and SHARE with a friend. Decibel Geek is a proud member of the Pantheon Podcast family. Contact Us! Predicting what Trump will do next is a whole lot easier than predicting sports. Our president finished up Greenland, laid waste to the globalists at Davos and now turns his attention to Canada and their terribly disrespectful Prime Minister. Welcome to the next great theater. Arrests have been made of the bullies that ended that church service in St. Paul a few days ago and guess what, they are paid professionals to organize such events. And its very, very illegal to interfere with worship. And these could be double hate crimes as they were chanting slurs about white people. But Don Lemon claims he was just a journalist there and so far, the courts agree he shouldn't be charged. Here we go! A famous rapper sues the KCPD, Missouri officials (rightfully) meet in secrecy in Jeff City to try to save the Royals from leaving to Kansas. I'll preview the NFL title games and Bill Self is back on the court at Bramlage Saturday night... we hit on some KU-KSU hoops. Then, I play a clip of my friend www.dannyclinkscale.com as we had quite a discussion on a Patron's Podcast Thursday. One of our topics was Carlos Beltran into the Baseball Hall of Fame. You won't believe how much Danny dislikes this. And our Final Final is Mr. Wonderful turning to acting. It's true.
