This is the first of five podcasts we are releasing this week. Pray for us. In this episode, we reviewed "A Kiss Before Christmas" starring James Denton and Teri Hatcher, as well as "Five More Minutes" starring Nikki DeLoach and David Haydn Jones. A Kiss before Christmas is the second Christmas movie this year where a main character goes back into an alternate reality and is tasked to find out why they were sent back to get back to their reality. Both of us liked this movie more than Next Stop Christmas. Better chemistry between the actors, and the reason why he had to go back was very clear from the beginning. There were some points of contention though, such as poor shaming. I mean Ethan had a loving wife, kids, and a big house and car, yet it still wasn't enough for him. I mean I get it that it's to keep appearances with the company, but his life was good. No one really needs a chauffeur or a Ferrari. Five More Minutes was a tear jerker, and a perfect movie. We talked to Nikki in depth about this movie. It is beautiful story and great premise. We gave A Kiss Before Christmas 3.5 stars and gave Five More Minutes 5 stars. This week we have the honor and the privilege to chat with the talented and beautiful queen of breaking our hearts but also giving us hope, Nikki DeLoach, star of many Hallmark classics such as Love Takes Flight, Reunited at Christmas and Two Turtle Doves. Her most recent Christmas movie is called Five More Minutes, also starring David Haydn Jones. Oh man, like there is no words to describe this honor. Several times throughout this podcast, there were tears and laughter.  We had the honor to chat about the movie Five More Minutes, to talk about her dad, who recently passed from Pick's Disease, and working with David Haydn Jones. Also we briefly talked about her other movie of 2021 Taking the Reins and how both movies have helped Nikki with her grief. We also shared our own struggles with our faith, our link to alzheimers and so much more. This was nothing but an honor. November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month. Kayla has epilepsy. David filled everyone in on what the fans truly think of Ketch and his State Farm Commercials with Aaron Rodgers! ABOUT SUPERNATURAL: Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki star as Dean and Sam Winchester, two brothers searching for the meaning behind their mother's death at the hand of a demon, and their father's mysterious disappearance. Two brothers follow their father's footsteps as "hunters" fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds including monsters, demons, and gods that roam the earth. This haunting series follows the thrilling yet terrifying journeys of Sam and Dean Winchester, two brothers who face an increasingly sinister landscape as they hunt monsters. After losing their mother to a supernatural force, the brothers were raised by their father as soldiers who track mysterious and demonic creatures. Violent memories and relationship-threatening secrets add additional burdens on Sam and Dean as they investigate all things that go bump in the night. As old tricks and tools are rendered useless and friends betray them, the brothers must rely on each other as they encounter new enemies. Recently, Craig caught up with David Haydn-Jones. He plays Mr. Ketch, British Men of Letters Agent in current episodes of Supernatural. The conversation covered everything from the start of his career to the present day including guest spots on Charmed and Buffy the Vampire Slayer as well as his experience with former Pink Power Ranger, Amy Jo Johnson. He even had an amusing anecdote from the set of Supernatural. Thanks to David for his time despite some connection issues. We all wish him the best of luck in the future and hope that his role on Supernatural continues to be significant.
