On July 17th we hosted a live show in New York with our bud Rob of Meet the Creatives. We first interviewed Jon Contino and then Rob interviewed Jennet Liaw. Overall it was an amazing night with lots of nerdy creatives and the drinks were plentiful! Jon definitely got crazy with us on stage, showing that he may some day have a career in stand up comedy.

We finally got our girl Jennet Liaw on the podcast! She's been a big inspiration to us both for a long time so it was great to chat with her! We got into her college days in SD, working at Nike, and freelancing in NY! It was great to get her perspective on being a woman entrepreneur...girl power!

As first generation Asian Americans, we understand the sacrifices our parents have made in order for us to have the opportunities we are blessed with today. We grow up in a society that they are unfamiliar with but we must abide by traditions we are unfamiliar with.
