As a mother, I thought I'd take a moment to consider and honor all those people in my life touched by Autism. Let's pause and think about how we can all be different learners. Motivation can be a tricky thing. Even though you know that you should do something, and you have planned it, declared it, and committed to it, it can still be hard to find the drive needed to get it done. Things get in the way: FEAR is often the problem, not knowing how to do something is another obstacle, and even laziness can be a stumbling block to honoring your commitments. Sometimes, a mantra like "No excuses" can be just the kick in the pants you need to get moving. But other times, as I'll share in today's episode, the way to get things done is to grant yourself permission to do the least amount possible. Listen as I share the secret that might just make your big, scary goals possible.
